Fortunately with the internet and forums (blogs) for the discussion and education concerning these issues, the "Voluntary" income tax will soon come to an end. That is so because it has been a "Big Lie" since 1943 and an outright subversion of our constitution to continue this form of taxation using distraint on the individual.

With continuing education and the subsequent realization of how the "Progressives" have attempted to undermine the constitution to force redistribution of wealth our future freedom will depend on a national tax on goods and services, or otherwise called the "National Sales Tax" and which would be a legal form of indirect taxation on all individuals and by census according to the states' population.

This tax could be collected as it already is by business and governmental processes. Indeed, it could be started instantly and on a daily basis with our business computer culture, government and banking networks ...

There is no excuse for government to continue "progressing" down the road of tyranny by taxing individuals using distraint ...

Well, prior to WWII, the 16th Amendment did not grant government any "right" to collect taxes directly from individual citizens of their respective states. It only allowed government to collect taxes on the profits from business revenue and which were "legal" individuals and partnerships.

Of course, government employees were taxed as a condition of employment ... The 16th just changed the definition of taxation of state's citizens (individuals) by government from "indirect" to "direct." In effect it is sophistry, merely an attempt to misdirect the meaning of the Founding Father's intent in forming the process in the first place: to prevent the tyranny of government to force individuals to pay taxes DIRECTLY under duress and which was the very basis of tyranny!

Even with the 16th Amendment fiction, the Fed was prevented from tyranny until Roosevelt and the "Voluntary Individual Income Tax and Withholding"

Only the supposedly *temporary* voluntary income tax was never stopped when the emergency was no longer present. Or, the "Big Lie" of the Cold War allowed the imposition of continued repression of freedom and liberty and which has led to the present effort of socialists to destroy the economy of the US and institute a "Progressive" move to the perfection of that socialism.

The 'wage slavery' is exactly the reason the Founding Fathers instituted a republican form of taxation by having the Secretary of the Treasury collect taxes from the states using a census to determine their fair share. Now, we have *democratic* collection of taxes by force of government arms and punitive actions and which represent tyranny of the old historical nature and which allows the mob, through pandering representatives, to collect 'revenue' ad infinitum and at the point of a gun. All our representatives are ignorant and actually believe that income taxes are 'constitutional' and don't infringe on personal freedom! I enjoy Michael and the other fairly conservative commentators. However, they are all of them intellectual cowards because they bark like true conservatives but still refuse to discuss the constitutional illegality of direct income taxes. Of course, as putative scholars they know that the fiction of a "Voluntary Individual Income Tax and Withholding" is an excuse to institute governmental tyranny. The US Constitution *still* demands that the Fed collect from the states by census. The US Constitution *still* protects the individual from self-incrimination ala forced revelation via annual filing of income tax due. Michael and the others fear reprisal from the IRS and government (although they are each of them already targets for their rightwingness.) So, they are ersatz conservatives sidling around freedom and liberty ... they should get some conservative nerve ...

That, of course, is one of the more personal usages of a tyrannical and oppressive governmental effort to collect taxes under distraint. It lets the petty tyrants among us to act out as the “big boys” by turning in our fellow man to unrestrained efforts to ruin any “cheat” so identified.

The Founding Fathers of our nation designed a tax systems for the federal government which DENIED them the tyrannical power to collect taxes from individuals, personally and using distrain/force.

Now, the Progressives and their dupes continue the subversion of the constitution instituted in 1943 to defeat NAZISM: the “Voluntary” Individual Income Tax and Withholding.

The only relief from this tyranny which now mimics fascism, is a National Sales Tax and, or an assessment by state and census ...

The Federal Reserve may promote the tax system, and which is conducted using distraint the Founding Fathers *hated* with a passion. Taxation, which the tyrant of government used against individuals using force, was tax slavery. There are federal laws against tax evasion in the US Code, but there is no law making not filing a crime.

When the government has a legitimate tax evasion case, it brings an indictment to the court, and quoting the pertinent parts of the US Code which make that activity criminal, along with the distraint which can be applied on conviction. There are no such laws under US Code for not filing! Yet, the federal court agrees to subvert the law by taking juristiction in IRS Tax Rule violations, and applying IRS Rules of taking your money Involuntarily.

So, it IS NOT a Voluntary Individual Tax, Withholding, or filing! Amazing! Our own federal government playing games with the laws of our nation, subverting the courts in cooperation with the judges who support such a sabotage of our Constitution and laws!

AND they *directly* disobey the 5th Amendment, along with a number of other articles, in this pogrom of tax slavery the socialist vermin have instituted since WWII ended.

For my part, I officially protest, here in this published document which is transmitted around the world, and in other published internet venues! I dare the tyrants of the federal government to spend millions investigating, trying me and sending me to jail for years for NOT FILING. You are joking! You mock a fait accompli! However, with the Democrats in-charge in Washington, no federal investigation of criminality will take place in King County; elections or anything else the socialist partners in both localities agree on!

The *real* myth is that Sheriff's aren't subject to the laws of the land, including their own state's — so they can't setup criminal gangs, or support criminal activity. If the BATF or IRS, or any other federal agency, has clear juristiction (say, tax fraud or unregistered automatic weapons), and the Sheriff supports that illegal activity, then they are subject to both federal and state law.

AND! You can believe that these Sheriffs will be INVESTIGATED if they so support any illegal activity!

Having said that, I admire and respect Sheriffs who won't allow the IRS, or other federal agencies to FISH for “evidence” or act against law by taking tax “rules” to federal court, and where there are NO LAWS which allow that court juristiction for TAX RULES — those commie tyrant bastards who subvert the law in doing that.

Emptying bank accounts and foreclosing homes and property without a conviction under law is a CRIME under our US Code, because it is an application of distraint without trial!!!!

I am not a member of any party. I lean toward Washington’s opinion of partisanship.

It is unconstitutional to directly tax individuals by the federal government. It is unconstitutional to apply an excise tax as a direct tax against an individual.

Not hearing a case by the Supreme Court, using those defenses, doesn’t change the illegal nature of using the color of law to repress and deny a right, or rights, to individuals.

This is an example of where social conservatism is a drag on society; a tyrant under color of the law. All the laws regulating marijuana are a direct result of the effort by an oligarchy to control behavior and protect the members of the oligarchy's interests in business. It was done to deny an intoxicant of modest price and availability, while promoting one far more detrimental to society, difficult to produce and distribute ...

The excise tax system was corrupted in order to pick-and-choose who would and who would not grow hemp, and to manage that production with police state actions against the new class of felons -- the poor and itinerant workers of America -- those who were otherwise slaves to alcohol and its poor ability to stave off the misery of their lives.

The tyrants of government aren't satisfied with their taxes, now, and don't even attempt to collect them! Instead, they deny states their constitutional privilege to assume the rights not enumerated to the government and where they have legitimized the medical use of marijuana ... They raid against state law and in the state where this activity is controlled and legal to deny a right they maintain under the constitution; both state and individuals involved!

Knowing that, queers want to be accepted as ‘normal,’ because just being accepted as homosexuals isn't enough — they have to be made to think of homosexuals as ‘normal.’ Oh, and also to get benefits from Social Security; including welfare of all classes, survivors benefits, etc., and from state and local governments who try to assist couples to raise families.

Not being ‘normal,’ they can’t naturally produce children, so they insist on having children by adoption, foster care, so that they can present that class of child citizens to special dangers, doubts, fears, and social stigmas which attach to such relationships; from the time they are toddlers to the time they reach maturity.

Perhaps, though, on consideration the Democratics are right? Maybe we should give up and leave Iraq, then Afghanistan as they start to increase attacks there (again). Let Iran and Syria take over there, and then fight amongst themselves. Maybe they will reach a coalition of Jihad and increase attacks around the world, using inhuman sacrifice to advance the will of Allah!

That way, when they take over here, they can rearrange what is ‘normal’ and what is not. The same is happening in the United States as the federal government becomes more and more demanding of setting the curriculum and management of public schools.

This will happen as democracy takes charge and enforces its ‘vote’ through polls and surveys which influence politicians; and not through a democratic decision within the local communities from parental agreement with school boards.
