Just bought and listened to the new Judas Priest CD, Demolition. Unlike their previous effort, they do not try to out pummel Pantera on every song. This record is more varied than Jugulator. You will notice I am comparing Demolition to Jugulator because Jugulator is the only other release in the post-Halford period. Jugulator was Ripper Owens' introduction as Rob Halford's replacement.
