In the nineties I worked in Saudi Arabia for a little over a year. That winter I was surprised to see heavy rain that lasted for days on end, all the streets were flooded and almost impassable. More rain than I had ever seen anywhere before or since.
They told me it was not that unusual.
Part of the problem was the fact that apparently the storm drains fill in with sand during the rest of the year.
The landscape itself was under water, you would not believe we were in a desert. Of course, once the rains stopped, as spring came on, the water sank into the sand and disappeared. That, and they got out there and cleared the storm drains which allowed the streets to clear.

So, 320,000 plus 486,000 migrants given “advanced” permission over the last year. So, 806,000 in addition to the hundreds of thousands simply walking across the border.

Corruption at a high level is how the borders of every western country have been erased over the last few years, allowing hyper immigration that no one voted for and no one wanted.

It’s just a way for Trump to agree to support Ukraine. If they repay it at all it will be by giving US companies preference in developing some key industry after the war. Which he can also point to as a win.
