NEW YORK – Speaking in a series of recorded phone conversations in 1991 with his alleged mistress Gennifer Flowers, Bill Clinton can be heard telling Flowers to deny that he aided her in obtaining a state job. “If they ever asked if you’d talked to me about it, you can say no,” Clinton can be heard saying in the audio. Obama in 2008: Election rigging is real—Democrats have rigged elections. when-ever people are in power, they have this tendency to tilt things in their direction. It helps in Ohio 'cause we have Democrats in charge of the machines Full remarks: I come from Chicago so I want to be honest. It's not as if it's just Republicans who have monkeyed around with elections in the past. Sometimes Democrats have too. You know, when-ever people are in power, you know they have this tendency to tilt things in their direction. That's why we have to have, I believe, a voting rights...

An email stored on Hillary Clinton’s private email server contained information that was highly classified at the time it was sent, the Federal Bureau of Investigation revealed on Monday. According to FBI interview notes in its Clinton investigation released on Monday, “one of these e-mails was TOP SECRET/SCI at the time of transmission.” The finding contradicts months of claims by Clinton, her campaign, and her political allies that she did not send or receive information that was classified at the time. The TS/SCI designation is reserved for extremely sensitive national security information that can only be handled in secure settings...

Just hours after wikileaks released the 4th part of the Podesta emails dump, Wikileaks has unveiled the 5th part, in which is released another 673 emails, assuring that at least one part of the media will be busy digging through hundreds of emails more, while much of the remaining part of the media will be doing all it can to ignore the latest release.

A former Democratic Party official advised the Clinton campaign several months before the Democratic National Convention on one simple, patronizing trick to fool Bernie supporters into throwing their support behind Clinton, according to a new set of emails released by WikiLeaks. (snip) “So here’s my idea,” Siegel wrote. “Bernie and his people have been bitching about super delegates and the huge percentage that have come out for Hillary. Since the original idea was to bring our elected officials to the convention ex-officio (because of the offices and the constituencies they represent), why not throw Bernie a bone and reduce the...

Bill and Hillary Clinton have hailed the factory churning out Old Navy sweatshirts in an industrial park here as a shining achievement in their efforts to rebuild this island nation after a destructive earthquake in 2010. But the garment factory has underdelivered on projected jobs. Haitian workers have accused managers of bullying and sexual harassment. And an ABC News investigation has found that after opening its factory in the Haitian industrial park — built with $400 million of global aid — the Korean firm became a Clinton Foundation donor and its owner invested in a startup company owned by Hillary...

Donald Trump reacted to news that Hillary Clinton’s campaign communicated with the Department of Justice (DOJ) during the department’s investigation and litigation into her use of a private email server, which was recently revealed by WikiLeaks. “Wow. Unbelievable,” Trump posted on Twitter after an email revealed Clinton’s spokesman Brian Fallon communicating with the DOJ in May. (snip) Trump’s campaign also released a statement reacting to the email. Trump’s senior communications advisor Jason Miller stated: Today’s report that Clinton’s campaign was in communication with the Obama Department of Justice on the email investigation shows a level of collusion which calls into...

The Department of State provided a detailed readout of official email traffic it was about to release in response to Freedom of Information Act requests to Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign. The emails concerned speeches former President Bill Clinton gave abroad, and did not include any traffic from Hillary Clinton, according to new emails released by WikiLeaks. “All — DOS is soon releasing another round of documents and email traffic (not hers) in response to Judicial Watch’s FOIA request on DOS’s process for reviewing WJC’s speaking engagements,” Heather Samuelson wrote March 17, 2015. Samuelson has been a Clinton aide since the...

A fresh batch of emails from Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman and former counselor to President Obama, John Podesta, has been released by Wikileaks. As many as 1190 new emails comprise part of the latest release, adding to the more than 4,000 emails from Podesta already released by the whistleblowing website. Wikileaks founder Julian Assange claims they are sitting on a trove of 50,000 messages.

Tough ethics rules meant to slow the revolving door between public office and the private sector were announced Wednesday for top officials of the incoming Clinton administration. They are the strongest standards any president has asked of his employees, said Warren Christopher, Clinton's transition director. The rules would bar appointees making more than $104,000 a year from lobbying their former government agencies for five years after they leave office. The officials also will be required to make a lifetime pledge never to represent foreign governments or foreign political parties. Christopher said the rules may be extended to bar representation of...

(snip) In an interview with Max Linsky on "With Her," the Clinton campaign's podcast, the former president opened up about how the Democratic nominee has changed since he met her over 40 years ago. "In Hemingway's immortal words: In some way or another, life breaks everyone and afterward many are strong at the broken places," Bill Clinton said. "And I think she has literally spent a lifetime dealing with not only her joys and her blessings, but also heartbreaks and disappointment, sometimes unfair treatment." (snip) Bill Clinton said his wife tells him when they start to talk politics at home,...

(snip) Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) said lawmakers need to make sure they didn't open "Pandora's box" and reassure Saudi Arabia that Congress isn't "finding them guilty of 9/11." "I think the things we can do that would preserve the right to sue here in America ... but also minimize the exposure we have overseas," he added. "We need to think hard about how to modify this bill." Graham, who supported the veto override, estimated that approximately 20 senators currently support changing the bill, something he thinks could happen as soon as the end-of-year lame-duck session. Sen. Bob Corker (R-Tenn.), who...

The House will vote this week on a resolution to hold former State Department IT technician Bryan Pagliano in contempt of Congress, Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy told reporters Monday. “We’ll be taking up contempt on Bryan Pagliano for his lack of attending,” McCarthy said, referring to a committee hearing Pagliano skipped. McCarthy provided no further details on plans for the vote. Pagliano was responsible for setting up Hillary Clinton’s private email server during her tenure as secretary of State. The former State Department employee declined to appear at an Oversight Committee hearing on Clinton's server earlier this month, in spite...
