  • IDF commandos kill Hamas millitary commander in Gaza (UPDATE)

On Sunday, six Hamas militants were killed in an explosion in another part of Gaza City. Hamas officials blamed Israel for the blast and also said the Hamas men were working on a pilotless drone airplane that was to be used for an attack on Israel.

OK, these Hamas men were working on a terrorist plot to kill many people, according to Hamas officials.

Are we supposed to feel sorry because some avowed terrorists are dead?

Whether it was an accident or an "intentional accident," I could not care less.

I read somewhere that the Israelis have outfitted certain vans with an electronic equipment that can send "electric waves" to a nearby house where bombs are being made.

If the bomb is near completion, these "electric waves" will cause a premature detonation.

On the other hand, accidents are common when making household bombs. Either way, bu-bye!

"Past mistakes" you say? Why can't you bring yourself to say the word fraud? And some of your evolutionary frauds are not too far in the past. And still being used to prove the fairy tale!!!!

An honest Christian flabbergasted at the chicanery and charlantry of Christian archeologists:

I felt I should look at the evidence from Wyatt Archaeological Research (WAR). They sent me two videos and three books. One video was a two hour presentation entitled Discovered, Noah's Ark. The other video was entitled Presentation of Discoveries. [snip]

What I saw on the video and read in the small spiral-bound book made my jaws drop. I saw video clips and photographs of ancient sites and artifacts which just seemed unbelievable. This man, Ron Wyatt, believed he had verified the true discovery of Noah's Ark approximately 15 miles from the main peak of the Ararat Mountains, discovered the cities of Sodom and Gomorroh, revealed exact location of the Red Sea Crossing of Israel, showed in incredible video and photographs the original Mount Sinai, and to top it all off, he laid claim to having discovered the exact stake hole for the beam which held Jesus Christ.

The crowning achievement was the discovery of the lost Ark of the Covenant buried 20 feet below the crucifixion site. He claimed the Ark was sprinkled by the blood of Jesus Christ when his side was pierced and the earthquake opened a crack which opened the way for His blood to literally drop down onto the Mercy Seat of the Ark.

As I watched this video and read the book, I could hardly believe my eyes. If this was all true, why hasn't every television channel broadcasted these amazing discoveries. But then some of it has appeared on television. His work on Noah's ark was aired on the television program 20/20, the Today Show, Discovery Channel as well as others.

Wyatt's video on Noah's Ark was full of top quality scientists, archaeologists, government officials, and Hugh Downs and Barbara Walters, all seeming to acknowledge that this structure 15 miles south of the central peak of the Ararat Mountains was indeed, Noah's Ark.

I could hardly believe my eyes! But when watching Ron Wyatt make his presentation on the video, looking into his watery eyes as he described the blood of Christ sprinkling the Mercy Seat of the Ark of the Covenant, I couldn't call him a liar. He looked like one of the most humble, loving men I have ever seen.

This video of the Ark of the Covenant was filmed at a convention of a large world-wide Christian Women's organization. The Christian astronaut James Irwin seemed to be involved with the Noah's Ark video. The videos and books were full of names of prominent people in Christian, scientific and archaeological, circles.

Every time I read about these Christian frauds, I become saddened, since I once was a true believer in Creationism. The first time I came across damning evidence against Creationism written by other Christians, I was appalled. I would never have considered such accusations if hurled by “wicked, atheist, secular” evolutionists.

Since then, I have found that my faith in Jesus has become stronger since I do not have to depend in pieces of bones to “prove” that a particular interpretation of the creation account must be true. As a matter of fact, whether Jesus used evolution or any other method to create our human bodies is completely irrelevat to my salvation.

    Jael,
Are frauds concocted by evolutionists indicative that the whole theory of evolution is invalid?

What about the milliards of frauds concocted by Christians, especially Young-Earth Creationists?

If someone put together all the wood supposedly belonging to Jesus’ cross, he could build a whole row of houses.

The incredible naivete about Christians buying into frauds “proving” miracles is well documented.

As a matter of fact, there is even a case of an atheist who filmed his backyard and sold the film to a creationist research institute as the newly-found Noah’s Ark.

Being an objective Christian I propose that the amount of fraud, truculence, and deceit by Christian shysters has not been matched yet by the similar dark traits among evolutionists.

    Eyewitness account:

Robles, 44, described himself as the household handyman who lives with the teenagers Ashley and Adrianna and their grandmother on South San Joaquin Street.

Robles said that he had waxed the Eclipse earlier in the day and that at the end of the night, Ashley told him she wanted to move it to the back where it could be covered and protected from dew.

They had to drive around the block to reach the rear entrance. And, like a lot of youths too young to have a license to drive, Ashley wanted to move it herself, Robles said.

Once they backed out of the driveway, a car tailed closely behind. Ashley said she thought they were being followed and sped up.

Another vehicle, a pickup, came at them from the front, Robles said. When Ashley veered right onto Motes Street, they collided.

Robles said the agents opened fire immediately after the crash and didn't identify themselves until afterward.

"The first shot was fired and Ashley didn't say a word," he said. "She didn't scream or anything and I knew she was hit with the first shot."

Robles contended Ashley never tried to back up unless, somehow in the collision, the automatic transmission was knocked into reverse. And he insisted that there was no way for the car to endanger the agents.

"How could they feel threatened when we were jammed in between (their vehicles) like a sandwich?" he said.

Officials declined to respond to Robles' version or to discuss details of the case Tuesday, citing the pending investigation.

After the gunfire, Robles said, the agents pulled him out through the passenger side and handcuffed him. Then they reached in and lay Ashley on the grassy curb.

"They knew. I could see it. They had made a big mistake,

French people betray their friends for no gain, except the satisfaction of praising themselves for their shrewdness.

In the French version of Survivor, the French participants do not stab each other in the back in order to win one million dollars.

The “winner” is chosen for his cleverness in betraying all participants, repeatedly, after winning their trust with phony friendship.

Of course, the “winner” gets no monetary compensation, just the feeling of being the lowest scum in all France.

NBC says that the show may be fake and that 70% of the contestants were involved in the Adult Entertainment Industry somehow.

    http://www.msnbc.com/news/871569.asp

And that Evan the 'bachelor' is going to wrestle in something called the 'Gay Wrestling Association.'

I followed your link, but NBC does not say anything near what you quoted.

    Do you have another link?

By the way, the following paragraph was all NBC says about Joe Millionaire.

Maybe Joe Millionaire’s phantom fortune isn’t the only thing about the show that’s fake. Skeptics are increasingly wondering whether the entire show is a fraud. Several of the gold-digging bachelorettes have been revealed to be actresses or models, points out one writer. And one Web site pointedly asks, “So, how much of this “reality show” is actually real, and how much is purely scripted?” . . . .
There are two links to outside publications not affiliated with NBC, where it is discussed that Sarah did a "bondage" film where she was fully clothed.

Then there is the speculation that about a porn star name MoJo, therefore she might be somehow related to the MoJo of the Joe Millionaire show.

Finally, there is more innuendo attributed to an "anonymous former roommate" of Joe Millionaire:

Joe wanted to travel the Gay Wrestling Federation circuit (The GWF ...or "gwiff," as we understand the boys like to call it).

An anonymous former roommate of Joe's, who coincidentally happens to be a male wrestler, recalls Joe's moves..."oh, Joe was always 'well received' in every arena he entered. He has a real talent, and a permanent home with the GWF if he ever wants it."

I cannot find any statement suggesting that Joe Millionaire is going to wrestle in something called the 'Gay Wrestling Association.'

Would you be kind enough to provide the link where you get your information?

We have gangs of robbers that use a strobe light with a blue plastic to stop naïve drivers.

Then then proceed to either carjack you or rob you or kill you.

What is the prudent action to take if you see an unmarked car with a flashing blue light on its dashboard follwing your vehicle?

All I’m saying is that cops must drive marked cars and wear uniforms if they are going to block a citizen in a back alley.

Unmarked cars and civilian-clothed cops should not be stopping citizens away from a well-lit area with plenty of witnesses around.

Btw, that’s what our local police spokesman says.

    Dennis,

I don't know where you live, but here in South Florida, we have an epidemic of people impersonating police officers.

Furthermore, we have the police spokesman on record saying that if an unmarked car try to stop a citizen, the citizen should find a well-lit area with plenty of people around before stopping. Otherwise, the citizen should not stop.

Being blocked in a blind alley, I will probably try to ram my way out of it.

I have called their office and urged them to support the Estrada nomination. Their staff has told me that the Senators have not made up their mind yet. We have a huge Hispanic population that can decide any statewide election.

You can use the following toll free number, ask the operator to talk to the Senator by name:

Banning supplements/drugs is seldom a good policy.

If the FDA wants to test some supplements and advise the public about their purity, it might be a great idea.

Nevertheless, siccing the DEA on the supplements industry is an overkill.

When I started working out, I considered taking “andro” to increase my testosterone level. High testosterone levels are associated with bulky and hard muscles.

After researching the subject, I found out that there are other natural ways to increase testosterone levels without the possible side effects of “andro.”

Simple things usually work on young people:

    Sleep an extra hour
    Increase vitamin C intake
Limit workout time to one hour
    Meditation/yoga exercises to reduce stress
So far I’m happy with my muscle development. Nevertheless, if I decide to take “andro” in the future, I will hate to have to go to the black market to buy these supplements.

If we keep making silly laws, eventually everyone will be a law breaker.

We conservatives have been asleep for too long, allowing the subversion of the US Constitution by liberal judges.

Liberals will attack conservative white males with the usual smears: racist, chauvinist, homophobe, bigot, heartless.

Then when confronted with a “minority” candidate, liberals will resort to other slanders: extremist, “Uncle Tom,” unqualified, inexperienced.

Bottom line, Republicans are in control now, and we conservatives demand strict constructionists as judges. We need judges who can read the US Constitution, not psychic judges looking for “penumbras” in order to ditch the clear text of our Constitution.

I already called by two Democratic US Senators, Graham and Nelson Florida, to request they vote on Miguel Estrada.

When someone is asked to serve in the administration, he is asked to reveal any controversial item in his personal history.

Linda Chavez found out the hard way that hiding potentially contentious items on her resume was not wise. Ms. Chavez was cut loose very quickly by the Bush administration.

Similarly, Mr. Thacker found out that lies of omission are not considered funny by the Bush administration.

Sanitizing his website after the controversy started was not enough. Mr. Thacker failed to inform the vetting team about all the possible controversial past items on his resume.

    Thank you for the link.

As a devout Christian, finding so many charlatans in the creationism movement was devastating when I first learned about it a few years ago. I could not believe that so many “Christians” were being so irrational, even dishonest, in order to defend their unique interpretation of the Bible.

I had a college buddy who was a Young-Earth Creationist. I asked him how he explained the fact that we can see stars that are millions of light-years away, since the stars were created only 7,000 years ago, according to his beliefs. Therefore, we should be able to see only starts located 7,000 light-years away.

Without missing a beat, he told that God spread the light from those stars to our solar system in order to make the stars look like million of years old. I actually chuckled because he was such a smart guy.
