The Israelis adhere, as much as possible, to civilized rules of engagement that require, if at all possible, to hit only actual terror targets, as opposed to hurting the general population in Gaza. Since the Hamas savages intentionally place their arms depots and missile launchers in the midst of civilian locations, there is sometimes unintentional collateral damage, but it is the exception and not the norm. It is never Israeli policy to intentionally hit civilian targets.

In contrast, the savage, barbarian Jew-hating swine of Hamas indiscriminately fire missiles, quite intentionally, into solely civilian areas in Israel. The Israeli-developed "Iron Dome" anti-missile system works quite well against the missiles of the savage barbarians. However, nothing is perfect, including the Iron Dome system. A few missiles get through, and even when Iron Dome is successful, the sounds and sights of missiles aimed into civilian areas are frightening, especially to little children.

To get an idea of how frightening this is for the innocent little ones, here is a YouTube clip that shows a missile attack earlier today on purely civilian areas in Ashdod, an Israeli port city near Gaza. Towards the end you can hear the children crying in fear:

To see how the brilliantly designed and executed Iron Dome system intercepted 14 (!!!) incoming missiles aimed at Ashdod earlier today see this clip (note that the English language title accompanying the YouTube clip below is not correct - in the Hebrew text the poster correctly explains how all 14 were intercepted, whereas the poster's attempt to render this in English in the title mistakenly implies that the Grad missiles actually hit Ashdod - in this case they didn't. The poster was under missile attack, so one can understand why his translation of Hebrew to English wasn't perfect):

So much blather about how the election results turned out as they did. In my opinion this terribly sad and dangerous outcome was overwhelmingly due to one thing:

You are comparing outdated demographic information - that is at least 8 years old - about American Jews, to up-to-date demographic information about Asian-Indians living in America.

The link you provided takes one to a webpage of the Jewish Federations of North America. That is certainly a reliable, authoritative source, but the actual data referred to on that webpage is found on a link therein, which in turn takes one to a pdf document in the form of a study entitled "THE NATIONAL JEWISH POPULATION SURVEY 2000-01, STRENGTH, CHALLENGE AND DIVERSITY IN THE AMERICAN JEWISH POPULATION". On the bottom of the title page of the linked pdf document ones finds "Updated January 2004 see downloadable Errata for corrections from original edition".

Thus, the data you cite regarding Jewish demographics is at least 8 years old.

In contrast, the newspaper article regarding Asian-Indians that is the basis for this thread ( 'Indian Americans ahead of all other ethnic minorities in US,' Hindustan Times, June 23, 2012" ) refers to a new study by the Pew Research Center "released on Tuesday" (i.e., June 19, 2012) which "uses existing data and new survey".

This will not work - all polls show that amongst American Jews, Øbozo's support is dropping like a stone. THAT is significant, and will be a crucial factor (amongst several factors) in Øbama’s upcoming electoral defeat. Sadly, I did see that disgusting comment. He, and his comment, are beneath contempt. However, the disgust I feel is more than compensated by the UNBELIEVABLE MIRACLE that has taken place: A REPUBLICAN HAS WON IN A DISTRICT THAT HAS GONE DEM SINCE THE EARLY 1920s.

This suggests that the long, national nightmare in the U.S. is going to come to an end and will be replaced by a bright tomorrow: the voting out of office in 2012 of B. Hussein Obama.
