It is not every day that a new nuclear bomb design is announced. This week, the National Nuclear Security Administration said it had completed its final review of a powerful weapon based on the B61s and outlined the next steps to revamp several types of nukes. The United States military will soon be able to slip undetected through enemy surveillance in stealth bombers and fighter jets to launch a devastating strike anywhere on the planet if need be. Dubbed the B61-12 gravity bomb, the new nuclear weapon is expected to start production in 2020. The U.S. nuclear weapons arsenal has...

The Senate Judiciary Committee released an executive summary of the FBI's supplemental background report into Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh late Thursday, which key swing-vote senators vowed they would continue to review Friday ahead of a major vote on his confirmation. According to the summary, released by the Republican committee majority, FBI agents interviewed 10 people and reached out to 11, focusing only on witnesses with potential first-hand knowledge of alleged sexual misconduct by Kavanaugh. "The FBI provided to the Senate 12 detailed FD-302 reports summarizing their interviews with the witnesses as well as supporting materials cited by the witnesses...

FULL TITLE OF ARTICLE - Dershowitz leads push to seriously punish false accusers: Women who willfully lie should go to prison Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz believes the allegations against Brett Kavanaugh by Julie Swetnick provide an “educational moment” in dealing with women who falsely accuse men of sexual misconduct. Dershhowitz joined other panelists on Fox News’ “Hannity” on Tuesday discussing the questionable interview of the Supreme Court nominee’s third accuser. Swetnick’s NBC interview which aired Monday was filled with accounts that appeared to differ from the sworn testimony she had already provided claiming Kavanaugh had attended parties in high...

Patrick "PJ" Smyth, Brett Kavanaugh's former Georgetown Prep classmate, has fully cooperated with the FBI as it investigates sexual misconduct accusations made against the Supreme Court nominee, according to his lawyer. Smyth was named by Christine Blasey Ford as one of the other teenagers at a 1980s high school party in Maryland where she claims Kavanaugh drunkenly groped her and tried to remove her clothes. "He truthfully answered every question the FBI asked him and, consistent with the information he previously provided to the Senate Judiciary Committee, he indicated that he has no knowledge of the small party or gathering...

Fox Business Network reporter Edward Lawrence and CNN political correspondent Dana Bash reported Monday afternoon that the FBI could wrap up its investigation into Kavanaugh as early as Tuesday, three days prior to its Friday deadline agreed upon by the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Majority leader again decries Democrats for delay and obstruction Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is insisting the vote on confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court will take place before week’s end. The Kentucky Republican, speaking on the Senate floor Monday afternoon, said the Democrats chose to hold the allegations against Kavanaugh “in reserve” in order to derail the nomination. He spoke about how the Democrats who first received the allegations handled them. He specifically mentioned a law firm with “politically connected lawyers” that McConnell says Democrats advised Kavanaugh’s accuser to hire. Those lawyers are set to hold a...

We knew this would happen. If you give evil and scheming Democrats an inch, they’ll take a mile. Now that their silly “FBI investigation” is crumbing (as we all knew it would), the Democrats are employing another stall tactic and demanding Kavanaugh be investigated for “perjury.” Daily Caller Democrats still lack evidence to support sexual misconduct accusations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. Democrats demanded an FBI investigation into the Kavanaugh accusations but many now claim that the FBI’s investigation is inadequate. Some Democrats now want Kavanaugh investigated for perjury. Still lacking corroborating evidence of disputed sexual misconduct accusations against...

Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s office will be investigated to determine if it leaked a confidential letter from Brett Kavanaugh accuser Christine Blasey Ford, Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) said Sunday. Cotton—who announced the investigation shortly after President Trump suggested Feinstein may have released the letter at a rally—said lawyers who worked with Ford will also face an investigation by the Washington, D.C. Bar for allegedly misinforming her that Senate Judiciary Committee staffers would not travel to California to speak with her about her alleged assault.

In the letter, Grassley discussed the Committee’s investigation into various allegations made against Kavanaugh, which he noted “has involved communicating with numerous individuals claiming to have relevant information.”

According to the betting odds from the political betting website PredictIt, Brett Kavanaugh’s odds of being confirmed on the Supreme Court surged following his defiant and emotional testimony yesterday and is now a near certainty. During Christine Blasey Ford’s testimony, Kavanaugh’s odds fell to a low of 40%, only to rebound and surge past 70% while testifying, as Kavanaugh refused to cower before the liberal questioning him (and at many occasions, drawing attention to the ridiculousness of it all). Anyone willing to put their money where their mouths are realized that the Democrats attacks on Kavanaugh wouldn’t stick.

Former Michigan Governor and current CNN contributor Jennifer Granholm says that because Christine Ford’s own corroborating witnesses refuse to corroborate Ford’s story is that’s all you need to know Ford’s story is true. In other words, the best proof that the accusation is true is there is not a scrap of evidence. Therefore, if I say that Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama was firing off guns beside the Las Vegas shooter, and I can produce no evidence to back that up, they are guilty as sin. Would Granholm then agree that the two should be put on Death Row?

President Donald Trump said Wednesday that Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee should have forced a vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh sooner. “They could have pushed this through two and a half weeks ago and you would not be talking about it right now, which is frankly what I would have preferred,” Trump admitted. He spoke to reporters after he arrived at the United Nations building in New York City on Wednesday morning.

President Donald Trump’s speech to the United Nations General Assembly on Tuesday contained a message for migrants and refugees: remain in your own countries. “Ultimately, the only long-term solution to the migration crisis is to help people build more hopeful futures in their home countries,” he said. “Make their countries great again.” Trump commended Jordan for keeping Syrian refugees close to their country’s borders so they could return to their homeland when the conflict is resolved.

After a brief lull, the hot summertime trend of protesting politicians over dinner is back in full force. Last night, a group of protesters tracked down Senator Ted Cruz and his wife at an Italian spot in D.C. and confronted him over Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court until the senator was forced to leave. The restaurant in question has been identified as Fiola, an exceedingly pricey restaurant, which Washington Post restaurant critic Tom Sietsema has called “the most glamorous place in the city to twirl pasta.” But conservatives and supporters of Senator Cruz don’t feel the same way...
