It's time to dispel the Rasmussen myths. First, he was NOT the most accurate in 2008. The articles that state this rank him first because he was the most consistent throughout Oct 2008. But there is no way to tell whether he was more correct in the middle of Oct than the others. Only that last poll can be verified by actual election results. I was just listening to Rush and a guy called in to state how he was motivated to vote for Bush after being repulsed by Michael Moore's ignorant blather in Farenheit 9/11. I had a similar experience. It was early afternoon on election day last week and raining pretty steadily here. I live in Indiana and of course Indiana was assured to go to Bush by a wide margin so I thought no need to go vote since we are in safe territory. I was reading an oustanding article when good ole Charlie summed up in one paragraph why ALL voters should throw unconditional support behind GW: "Two years ago, there were five countries supporting terror and pursuing WMDs - two junior-leaguers, Libya and Syria, and the axis-of-evil varsity: Iraq, Iran and North Korea. I finally brought myself to watch Farenheit 9/11 and while the entire thing made me wanna puke, there was one AWESOME line by George W. that solidified my support for him. Michael Moore went up to em and said: "Governor Bush, Michael Moore" And Bush replied: "Behave yourself will ya?" and then added what in my opinion made the whole movie worth watching: "Go find some real work" HAHAHA I LOVED IT !!!
