Christmas is a FEDERAL holiday by definition. I do not see the point in limiting anyone to limiting use of federal holiday greetings in any communications.

Please remember that the current government followed on to the churches and began “regulating” the act of marriage (as defined by God) later in time. Are regulations necessary? Yes. But marriage between two of the same sex is not how marriage is defined by God. Whatever you want to call same-sex whatever, please do not refer to it as marriage.

Thank you for making my point very clear. This repeal is bad for all of the military. ALL OF IT. Not just one particular group, but the entire military organization.
There is no place to ever prove you were held back based on your sexual orientation.

It will not be the “openess”, it will be the re-training of the troops and the “adjustment” of the promotional scales that will eventually pressure the straight personnel to exit the military or not enter, including the chiefs.
I have three sons. Two are of age to begin military careers. I just took an hour or so to explain to them what the problem will be with the repeal of DADT.

I once lived in a forced “recycling” community. They took the separated high BTU “recyclables” and sent them to the incinerators to properly burn the low BTU “recyclables”.

Corn ethanol consumes 1,700 gallons of water to irrigate one gallon worth of fuel. Add on another 3-5 gallons of clean processing water to process the ethanol and voila! Forget about the food supply - we are burning the water supply...AND the food supply.
Then transport this fuel to get less than a gallon of gas...we're making a difference now...
