Just watched this analysis: to all the FReepers who claim that Dallas is a Mormon — in the spirit of candidness the scene where Jesus talks to little James about his “feelings” and the response from Little James was that of a “gut feeling” or to use Mormon theology the “burning in his bosom” can definitely be perceived as throwing a bone to his Mormon audience. Most Christians would NOT have thought anything of that comment —- but to a Mormon that could and would be perceived as a “confirmation of the Holy Spirit”

Brandon, first I want to say thank you for your analysis—- I appreciate you sharing your thoughts and facts and holding off on drawing any conclusions—. I think the gut reactions from many of your viewers are going to end up being prophetic..

I am one of many who believe that “number” that Angel released was an inappropriate move —. Attempting to make it look like it was THEIR financial contribution to the production of The Chosen —-

Second, if Angel wanted to release that number down to the penny they SHOULD have also released the TOTAL revenue received from donors like you and I who THOUGHT we were donating to THE CHOSEN production primarily —. With full knowledge that ANGEL would be getting a “small percentage” for hosting the show on their app.

It was very inappropriate and disingenuous to put that $115,189,337.27 up on the big screen without disclosing how much they withheld from donors as a “hosting fee”.

Compare this to “go fund me” app where donors know up front what percentage of the funds are retained by the platform vs the percentage going to the recipient.

Or better yet - why not offer we the donors the opportunity to pay the hosting “fee” over and above the amount we want to donate to the production itself. For example when I use a 3rd party app to give to a church or ministry I always choose to pay the 3rd party app fee over and above the amount I want to give to the church or misinstry

Having watched this video several times and listening to the critics —. I just realized that the phrase “Let’s Have It!” Will forever be attributed to Sydnie Christmas - specifically THIS performance for now - however I see her performing in theaters and concert venues with the crowd shouting

From 6am to 6pm (12 hrs) average approximately 3500 views per hour - on the BGT YouTube official video alone - again not counting all the clips and reviews etc. - if this rate continues at this pace should be cross the 5 million threshold —. Very interesting data to follow. How will she handle this ?

Average increase in views is 500 per hour. - interesting to see if this pace continue today

4,925,032 and counting —. Just noting the views of the official BGT video —. Keep in mind many popular YouTubers who do “reaction videos” would add many more thousands of views if their audience never navigate to the original video.

So my prediction of 5 million views before midnight tonight will fall short by about 50,000 views at least here on the east coast that is.

Noted: . Again these are just the views from the BGT YouTube —- so many more thousands of views from popular YouTubers who do live reactions and critical analysis of performances that are popular.

Another very interesting data point here is that scrolling through the most popular by number of views Sydnie is up there with performances that have received 5 million-ish views over the past year or 2. Only this performance just came out 4 weeks ago !

So while the rarer of increased views has slowed down it is safe to predict that the number will continue to rise as the performance gets reviewed by critics of all ages and genres her voice is unique enough to please all ages and she can sings to a group of kids just as easily as teens and even parents and grandparents!

No doubt she will not be working at reception desk of the gym much longer and she will need to hire a management firm just to sort through the influx of invitations she is probably already getting.

It will be interesting to see who she signs with and why.

Also I want to repeat my call for her to cover some of the most famous Gospel Hymns like How Great Thou Art! No doubt she can produce a single that can be up there with Carrie Underwood —. In fact I think Carrie should be her coach and mentor and help her avoid the pitfalls that the industry can have.
