Two Dutch intelligence services uncovered substantial evidence detailing how a Russian-backed hacking group infiltrated the Barack Obama White House, the U.S. Department of State, and the Democratic National Committee, according to a ground breaking report from broadcaster NOS and newspaper Volkskrant. The evidence was uncovered by a Dutch cyber defense team gained access to the "Cozy Bear" hacker group's systems, including a hallway security camera that allowed the Dutch team to maintain visual surveillance of the hackers.

Russia has outlined new plans for a wartime government regime, the Izvestia newspaper reported Tuesday. The country's wartime strategy was fine-tuned following special military exercises, the newspaper wrote. In the event of war, local governments, regional branches of the Interior Ministry, Emergencies Ministry, the Federal Security Service (FSB), and much of the National Guard, will now report directly to the military. PASADENA, CA -- A man described by his girlfriend as mentally unstable died today after a struggle with Pasadena police, who deployed a Taser in an effort to restrain the knife-wielding suspect. The man, identified by family members as Reginald "J.R."
