Nothing for me to get over. You told the lie. LOL. Was it
worth it? No I thought not.

Ah....Gee.... now you have gone and done it and hurt my
    feelings! LOL

Someone you don't like doesn't say what you want them to
say when you want them to say it. Am I right? Yep!

    Whaa, Whaa, Whaa. LOL

My, my we do have an inflated opinion of ourselves if we
think that any other person, just to be clear I will repeat,
any other person should say what we want even if they know
that you dictate that they should.

Sorry, I am out of this sand box, someone messed their diaper.
    LOL

Sorry that won't wash. That is like my saying that since
you have not said otherwise you must be gay or that you are
a Dem or ..... or ..... there is no end to it and that is
    the problem!

I think we both can agree that is an assumption, a leap.

I can understand the expectations of McCain. What he says
will then tell me where he is coming from not what he doesn't
    say.

Great eye! That is the MSM direction. In this case I don't
    think it will work.

No comparison intended. But because of his dislike of McCain
and trying to couch the situation is like putting words in
McCain's mouth. Since McCain hasn't spoken an may not speak
on the issue has nothing to do with Durbin's remarks.

However should I choose to make a comparison I would have to
say that Durbin is attempting to create a situation that is
just not true and your friend is attempting to do the same
    thing with McCain.

So now it is ok to lie because this issue is important to
    us.

Despicable, just despicable to lead someone to think that
you support them up to this point even though you have
    already with drawn your support.

I have not problem that you withdrew your support for the
reasons stated but then to lead them to believe that you
would not support them because of this issue is coercion
    unless I am mistaken.

Wait a minute. Durbin is the guy that made the comment!

It is not required of anyone to comment on Drubins BS. I
could say a lot about it but everyone else is saying what
I would say and a lot better so I haven't commented.

Others may have similar reasons for not commenting.

It is clear from your comments that you don't like McCain,
ok go get him on what he does and says but your comment
about him in this case is close to that bast.rd Durbin. You
are in my opinion out of order!

As a friendly suggestion, if you or anyone you know is union I would suggest that you get your retirement money transfered to at least 401K's. If you think the Social Security going bust is a big deal, Just wait till all of the unions default on their retirement systems to some degree or other.

Then you will see a real protest.

The key word in you response is reasonable. They price themselves out of the market a long time ago but are only in the last few years finding it out. I am not talking about IT or any other company that is not Union. Fact is I don't follow that much but I have watched unions and companies that have them for more than 50 years. When I first looked at them I could see where they were needed but it wasn't long after that that they got greedy and the cost of goods and services in the US have been paying this hidden welfare program for years.

Thankfully it is coming to a close.

I consider all of this as so much clap trap.

I live in thailand and I know a couple of women just barely finished high school.

they run a very small business with no formal business education. they do have a better understanding of business then one who holds a masters in business administration.

they would fail most tests in any subject because of that lack of formal education, but they are getting profits that most of us only dream of.

consider: no overhead. that is right no utilities, no rent, no nothing! their product costs is 33% or less. their labor cost is zero and in between customers they work other jobs without losing one customer. service is better than you will find anywhere else. When you show up interested to buy something you will get two people serving you instead of one even before you are out of your car.

they are not unusual, there are many, many more like them.

oh! did i forget to tell you, they pay no business license of any kind, no income tax and no sales tax.

so if they are so smart, why aren't they at least million airs? they may very well be in a few years. i know of others who started with a straw mat on the sidewalk who are now billion airs in thailand and working on becoming billion airs by US standards in the very near future.

this is not a scientific study, just observations that i know about.

I bet that you have been wondering why I started out using capitol letters and then stopped till now with the exception of the US above. Very simple, something that any literate thai would know and that % is in the mid 90% range.
The thai language has no capitol letters in it. Well I guess you failed that test. LOL!

Of one thing I am certain, until you test every individual in all aspects of human intelligence there is no way that you can with any authority say who/whom are the smartest. Everything else is pure speculation.

Your red flag is directly on point! I talked to a very big union leader about 15-18 years ago and he told me that the unions were dead meat but that it would take about 20 years or so to sink in.

In light of recent movements of the rank and file against their leadership the leadership is looking for more controllable rank and file workers. Seems like a good place to start.

The irony is that business is going to South America and off shore because the union labor is to expensive and the unions are recruiting immigrants to build up their loss in membership.

Not just shooting themselves in the foot, they are using a shot gun to do it. Oh well, I will buy the shells for them if they are short of cash.

I agree with much of what you say and I don't doubt your hospital experience. The problem is that most of the folk in the hospital don't know it is going on. Their insurance companies pay the bills and they may get a bill but hardly look at it.

In the border states we pay what you do plus the state kicks in a ton and that we do see and know about.

It is a mistake to hate just because someone is Mexican or South American, that in its self doesn't mean anything but I have no problem turning suspected illegals. In GA where I lived there were illegals living in an apartment in my building. There were 10 living in a 3 bedroom apartment and they stored paint and plaster and other supplies there as well I speak a little Mexican and know that they were illegal and had no problem turning them in.

The facts are being put out there but as we know they are
    being ignored.

Still that is no reason to trash a program that is doing
the job that it is supposed to do. Just ignore the trash
talk and make sure that everyone know the truth. Opinions
will change dramatically when the public is informed of
    the truth.

I then suggest that everyone quit making payments. If they have no obligation then we don't either.

Try that on the Supreems and see how fast they change their
    tune.

Oh, maybe a deal is a deal even if it is with the government.
What do you think? They make a deal, well it was with out
our permission but they made it. Now they want to go back
    on it.

Ok! Then lets make a collective deal. You know, one that we
all agree on. I submit get rid of the original deal and replace it with nothing. How about that? Deal?

    Oh ..... no .... I didn't think so.

I would like to see them vote it down and then the Supreems
would take a shot at it. That law would quickly become law
in most if not all of the border states and as the illegals
move to the heart land in larger numbers even the heart land
states would soon pass similar laws.

What is going on now is costing the border states a ton of money. The heart land right now doesn't really feel much so
they aren't acting but they will, they will.

people of Arizona. As Bush was reelected. You must know
