Eat less sugar. It has no nutritional value. Sugar allows cancer cells to thrive in your body. Cancer cells thrive on sugar. Don’t eat a sugar dessert, eat an alternative like fruit and cheese and crackers. Cut out pies, cake, cookies, candy as much as possible. Stop drinking diet sodas. Sure, you can trust metformin to take care of your blood sugar problems - until the day comes when your doctor tells you are a snap away from having to start insulin injections. Get educated about it.

There had to be some sort of agreement in advance for Trump to walk in the door and begin using their fryer, and to publicize in advance so as to attract a crowd. It’s true,we didn’t see Trump taking a credit card. So what? Can’t we have fun during campaign season?

My copay for Afib pill used to be $50 a month now its up to $71 a month for 2024. My federal health insurance plan serves as the prescription portion of Medicare in retirement for federal and postal retirees. They forced me onto a cheaper form of inhaler this year, the new puffer works well and copay now is reasonable.
We had bad flooding in Pittsburgh some 20 years ago. Riverfront communities looked like a war zone. Communities there never got the level of aid that Katrina victims got. Pennsylvania residents got a broom and cleaning supplies from local churches. Nobody rushed in to give these businesses $4000 apiece. Bethel Park PA had bad flooding some ten years ago, many of my neighbors got loans from the state for cleanup and rebuilding and they had to pay them back, this was a majority white, middle class community.
I’m concerned about the nonstop barrage of negative, lying anti-Trump ads everywhere, ads that are put up by the pro-Kamala crowd that accuse Trump of wanting to institute a Trump Tax and other horrible things like hurt women with antiabortion laws, they’re on Wheel of Fortune every night two commercials in fact, they’re on football games, Spotify, You Tube, Tubi streaming, BBC America cable, local news in my state of Pennsylvania.
