Thread Reader is happy to present an unrolled Twitter story with 67 tweets. #UraniumOne #FusionGPS 1) This started either before Trump announced his run for President, or soon thereafter. Someone who knew what happened told him. 2) SOMEONE in the IC, likely military intel, sat Trump down & laid out the entire #UraniumOne bribery scheme. 3) How all across the breadth of the Obama Administration people in high offices took massive bribes to facilitate sell of uranium to Russia 4) It involved so many people, it compromised so many agencies, the people who did it counted on it never being...
  • How Losing My Political Values Helped Me Gain My Freedom (MUST READ)

There's a frustrating game that the left plays with conservatives. It's an Alinksy tactic called, "Make them live up to their values." Now, living up to one's values isn't a bad thing, but setting high standards ultimately means that you'll sometimes fall short. The left loves to exploit these shortcomings--every Christian who falls short of perfection is a hypocrite; the social values candidate you voted for just got arrested for drunk driving. Haha, everything you believe and advocate is now discredited. They got away with it for years, waving away the lies, hypocrisy, indiscretions, and criminal behavior from their own...

Everything and everybody is is out to get Trump. On Facebook, magazines like Inc., PR Daily, Real Simple, and other business-themed magazines are taking sides -- all anti-Trump. It's unreal Today I received this press release for a book that gives parents guidance for protecting kids from violence. The subject line: "How Trump's Conspiracy Theories Affect Children." Yep -- this public relations gal managed to tie an anti-Trump message to a book that has nothing to do with Trump. Here's the release in its entirety: Whether the “election is rigged” or “Hillary Clinton needs a drug test,” it seems every...
  • SurvivalBlog Hit with a Defamation Civil Suit

We have always been very careful to avoid making any libelous statements in SurvivalBlog. But after a lifetime of being free of any ligation I now have apparently been named as a co-defendant in an upcoming defamation trial in the U.S. District Court for Northern Ohio. (I have not yet been served with court papers, but I’ve been warned that indeed I soon will be.) All of this stems from just a two-line mention (with a link) about a reportedly disbarred attorney in Tennessee–variously surnamed Akart, Akard, and Okard–who reportedly had at least two convictions in the past for swindling....

The world is entering a kind of no man’s land, in between the realms of insane denial and utterly obvious crisis. Europe is now destabilizing amid the Greek soap opera (an event that I predicted in January would occur in 2015); China’s stock market bubble is bursting; and the U.S. dollar’s world reserve status is about to be decimated by the global shift toward the International Monetary Fund’s basket currency reserve system. I’m afraid I’m going to have to say this because I don’t know if anyone else will admit it: Alternative economic analysts were right, and the mainstream choir...
  • The First 15 Things You Must Do Immediately After an EMP

At the top of every prepperÂ’s list of nightmares is an EMP event. It ranks even higher than a power grid failure by sabotage or a coronal mass ejection. Those are almost as bad, but they would leave much of our transportation and other infrastructure intact. With an EMP, itÂ’s a different, scarier story. An EMP, or electromagnetic pulse, is a broadband burst of electromagnetic energy. This massively powerful wave has the potential to damage nearly everything electronic over hundreds of miles. The wave of electromagnetic energy would affect electric circuits throughout our transportation, energy, telecommunications, water supply, and financial...
  • Ambulance Work in Liberia is a Busy and Lonely Business

This is an excerpt. Racing along cracked and bumpy roads here, Gordon Kamara shouted into his cellphone over the shrieking sirens of his ambulance. The phone had been ringing nonstop since 5 a.m. “Not today! Not today!” Mr. Kamara, an ambulance nurse, yelled later in the day. “We are on the opposite side of town!” The calls have all been the same in recent weeks: from friends, friends of friends, extended family, complete strangers. All of them have loved ones sick with Ebola and beg him to come quickly. Seven days a week, Mr. Kamara and his crew span...

I am working on a project to collect as many books as possible for a new library that opened on May 21 in Tuttle, Oklahoma. Tuttle is a tiny town of about 6,000 people west of OKC. This library is operated and funded by volunteers. To my knowledge, they receive no public funding. The volunteers have worked incredibly hard to raise money for their location, books, and services. If you're an author, or know of one, this would be a great way to get your book(s) on library shelves. Tuttle Public Library 305 W Main Street Tuttle, OK 73089 http://www.tuttlelibrary.org/ I...

There's something I've been wondering about whenever I hear of rebels or insurgents or whatever, "taking over a city." How do these people, "take over a city"? I'm trying to picture tanks or troops coming down I-45...and then what? What do they do to gain control of an entire city? I live in a fairly big city and have been wondering about the sequence of events for something like this to happen. Your input?
  • Distillation ensures safe drinking water during an emergency

    Water Technology ^ | March 4, 2013 | Glenn Meder
Disasters happen. From Hurricane Sandy, Irene, Andrew and Katrina to the devastating Japanese earthquake, tsunami and nuclear meltdown, disasters strike without warning and the aftermath can be as devastating as the event. During an emergency, water supplies are often contaminated and disrupted, sometimes for an extended period of time. Without a safe supply of drinking water, healthy people who could otherwise provide for their family can become severely ill within days. At greater risk are children and infants. People take safe drinking water for granted. They don’t think about their water supplies, nor do they think about the vulnerability of...
  • Every North Korean Website Just Shut Down [For most of the day]

As of ~10 minutes ago, every North Korean website has gone offline. I can't resolve any .KP address (the few that are there). This is very scary. I wonder what the reasoning is behind this: a cyber attack, preparation for war, a false flag incedent, or China (who I believe controls the hardlines' connection to the larger trucks) pulling the plug on their system. I'm sure updates will follow, but I don't think this is on the news yet.

I'm checking out a truck this afternoon for possible purchase and would like some advice. It's part of an estate sale in Sun City, Arizona. Here's the info from the seller: "We have a vehicle for sale this week too...a beautiful 1997 Ford F-250 XLT Extended Cab Truck with only 79,000 original miles! It has all power, cruise/tilt, ABS brakes, CD Stereo, camper shell, and more! The bluebook is $6,485, but the asking price is only $5,200!" She sent two photos, and the truck looks to be in excellent shape. Besides the physical condition of the truck, what else should...

It's hard to believe that my sharp, savvy parents have gotten to the age (72 this year) where they aren't making smart decisions and have been scammed more than once in the past year. Recently they purchased a house (cash purchase) and, against my advice, used the services of an "ethically challenged" realtor. This woman promised all kinds of little "deals" that she would work out for them once they sold their house (20K less than the asking price) and then purchased a second house with her. Of course none of those so-called discounts became a reality, but incredibly, they...

Our family is considering a possible move and we're looking at Oregon and central-northern Idaho. A friend lives in Bend, Oregon, and we'll be checking out that area next month. I'd love to hear about specific areas of Oregon and Idaho to avoid, what the current job and housing markets are like. Husband is an electrical contractor with 17+ years experience in commercial, residential, and light industrial. Thanks in advance.

For the past few years I have wanted to leave the Phoenix area and move somewhere cooler, greener, and with more water. I want our kids to know something more than life in the desert and a suburban lifestyle. The Phoenix heat is getting really old, too. We are looking at various options, want to stay in the western half of the U.S. Northern California is out, mostly because the fate of that state is uncertain. Utah is okay, but we are looking more seriously at Idaho. We've heard great things about the state, as a whole. I'd love some...

I'm posting this review because today is the official launch of Patrice Lewis's book, The Simplicity Primer. Patrice is a regular columnist for World Net Daily and blogs at Rural-Revolution.com. She's a rural, homeschooling housewife and a staunch conservative. If you like the sound of her book, and it's currently priced under $10, order it from Amazon today! It will help boost her rankings and get her book off to a great start. And no, I'm not her agent or publisher! My life as an ordinary stay-at-home wife and mom can be so complicated sometimes. Is yours? There’s (always) laundry...
