Michael Jackson was reportedly shocked Wednesday when he received word that Bank of America sold him out. I can tell you exclusively that Bank of America has sold Jackson's $270 million in loans to a private hedge fund. The group is called Fortress Investments, located in Manhattan. Their principals are Peter L. Briger Jr., formerly with Goldman Sachs; plus Wesley R. Edens, Robert I. Kauffman, Randal A. Nardone, and Michael E. Novogratz — all with substantial backgrounds in finance. Their specialty, according to their Web site, is rescuing "undervalued, orphaned and distressed investments throughout the United States, Western Europe and...

OPEN COURT is a government-approved reading program for elementry children in California Schools. It is one of only two which are approved. I do not know what the other one is. I do know that this program is creating children who are totally socialist. Basically, it is a program in which students MUST work two and a half uninterrupted hours each day (on just Open Court (This time-requirement is set by a state mandate called, "Reading First."). The program is put ahead of math--the principal at the known school has told the teachers to "forget about math" because they will...

Chelsea Clinton has fallen off the wagon and is slinging back cocktails and liquor shots with binge-drinking abandon, worried pals tell GLOBE Friends say Chelsea is hitting the sauce like she did during her party-harty days at Oxford University because she's worried about losing the two most important men in her life--her dad Bill and her boyfriend, Ian Klaus, "Ian is working as a civilian for the new government in Iraq, and Chelsea knows he could be killed or kidnapped at any time," says a friend. "Adding to her anxiety is the fact that they parted on a sour note....

Watching the Fox News Special about the wife/baby murderer. A gentleman from the prison system commented on how the inmates were interested in the verdict. He further stated that the prisoners would "make it known" to Peterson how they feel about a child killer.

Currently, The Discovery Channel, "The FBI Files," is covering the murder of Ms. Mahoney, the previous "intern whose name begins with 'M'." Does anyone else remember the Clinton connection with this "mafia style murder."

WOODS HOLE - A massive great white shark trapped for days in a saltwater pond near Woods Hole had not found its way out by yesterday afternoon, a day after marine biologists tried unsuccessfully to herd it toward open water. Anxious to guard the 14-foot, 1,700-pound female shark from gawkers and trophy fishermen, state officials on Thursday enacted an emergency regulation that forbids the attempted taking of a great white shark in Massachusetts waters. State environmental police have also been patrolling the Elizabeth Islands day and night to ward off sightseers attracted to the spectacular scene near Naushon Island, which...

Maybe there is a silver lining in all this. Not only is kerry being exposed for the treasonous pig he's always been: The old wounds inflicted upon the returning heroes may be having a chance to be "aired out" and--in some small way--be soothed. It's about TIME!!! At the time of the men's return, the blithering, blathering protesters were the only one's making big noises. There weren't many, but they were constantly on TV. The rest of us just welcomed them home and didn't make as big a noise about their returns as we should have. NOW--thanks to that kerry...

I missed the first bit of the 9/11 Commission's Interview...I believe, however, that no one asked what effect Sandy Burger's theft of obviously-essential secret documents would have on the effectiveness of the Commission's recommendations. How can this be?

Bill Clinton has warned Senator John Kerry, the presumptive Democrat presidential nominee, to counter Republican efforts to turn this year's election into a debate on gay marriage and other "cultural issues" such as gun control and abortion. In an interview with the Financial Times, the former US president urged Senator Kerry to fight a values-based campaign focused on health, education and crime. If he stayed on that ground, Mr Kerry could win by "quite a nice margin". < clip >

Former president Bill Clinton concluded that President Bush was a "formidable politician" the first time he saw him speak on television, but predicts that the high court ruling that ended the 2000 election deadlock will "go down in history as one of the worst decisions the Supreme Court ever made." Clinton's memoirs, "My Life," which went on sale at midnight, are filled with rueful commentary on the 2000 election, Bush's success and what Clinton believes was Democrat Al Gore's failure to effectively run on the administration's record or enlist his help. Clinton said he could have helped Gore win Arkansas,...
