A client of mine, who's internet provider was Qwest, was recently forced to move to MSN as an Internet Provider because Quest is getting out of the home internet market. Leading up to "big day", she was assured that the transfer would be automatic. She had a new user ID and Password, but they did not give her local phone numbers to dial.
