SIX, MOSTLY YOUNG, opinionated, politically active individuals kept me glued to my seat as they discussed black politics at the St. Louis Bread Co. in the Central West End on Tuesday evening. The group debated why black voters are taken for granted and how to wield political clout and deflate religious conservatism.
