Hoping a Freeper can help me out on this, but I've heard that John Lennon said on the Dick Cavett show not long before his death, that if he could, he'd vote for Ronald Reagan.⁷
Rick Wakeman was classically trained. Loved the joke in his speech when Yes was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame. Coarse for some, but funny. Also, when they played Roundabout for the ceremony, Geddy Lee filled in for Chris Squire, which I thought was an excellent choice. Geddy totally pulled it off, IMHO.
Exactly my thought when I read the article. Even here in legendarily leftist Minnesota, once you get out of the Twin Sh*tties, the ratio of Trump to Biden signs is easily 30 to 1. And that’s a conservative estimate (no pun intended).
Mr. President, please do not, Do Not, DO NOT approve MN Gov. Tim Walz’ (spit) application for “disaster” relief. Between the incompetents Walz and Mpls. Mayor Soyboy Frey, it was a disaster *entirely* of their own making.
I remember that. It was two prefixes, Phen-fen as I recall. The Phen may have been phencyclidine? (fuzzy memory) I don’t remember what the Fen one was. Also wasn’t aware of the enlarged heart and more. No wonder that fad fell off the radar.
Not many here may remember this, but back in the late 80s, Pat Sajak had his own conservative TV show. He once had Rush Limbaugh guest host for him, and on that particular episode, there were a bunch of disruptive leftist activists (are there any other kind??) that were so obnoxious that security had to clear the entire bldg before the show could be resumed.
Interviewer: “Where do you see yourself in five years?”
Me (collecting my thoughts): What is this,1985? Who still uses this as a serious question? Clearly a rookie interviewer who doesn’t want to be here.
How ironic that the program is called SOTA. Chicago did the same thing to Minnesota around 1990. The change was dramatic and the Twin Cities have never been the same since. Used to be a great place to live.
Loser Unicorn Riot “reporter” said that Trump supporters were moving in to agitate the anti-Trump crowd. I loved how immediately after he said that, there were about two dozen Trump supporters peacefully walking by and minding their own business.
