It's approaching 5:00 am here in Raleigh. Most everything will be shut today, and I can hear the wind swaying the trees as I type. The NOAA still shows a strong Cat 2 storm, and predict it will turn west slightly before landfall, which puts Raleigh directly in her path. But not before it roars up from the coast right through some of the most developed real estate in Eastern NC. I'll check back while the power holds out. It's time to ride...
