FERGUSON, Mo. (CBS St. Louis/AP) – A new video shows the stepfather of Michael Brown warning he was going to start a riot following a grand jury’s decision not to indict Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson. In video recorded by Al Jazeera America the night of the decision, Louis Head is heard saying, “If I get up there, I’m going to start a riot.” This was prior to his “Burn this bitch down!” rant before protesters.

n the wake of the Ferguson grand jury’s determination that there was no probable cause to indict Officer Darren Wilson in the shooting death of Michael Brown, incensed rioters took to the streets of that Missouri city and neighboring towns where they burned and looted a number of local businesses.
