full title --- Christine Blasey Ford's lawyer resigned from his law firm because partners objected to his decision to represent her During Thursday's Kavanaugh hearings, one of Christine Blasey Ford's lawyers, Michael Bromwich, stated that both her counsel are representing her pro-bono. Bromwich also resigned from his law firm — he served as senior counsel at Robbins, Russell, Englert, Orseck, Untereiner & Sauber LLP — because some of the partners objected to his decision to represent Ford. Bromwich, a Harvard Law graduate and former federal prosecutor, was known before this hearing for assisting the investigation of the Iran-Contra affair. During...

Attorney Michael Bromwich, the face of fired FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe's legal team, is representing Christine Blasey Ford for free, according to his assistant and spokeswoman. Bromwich joined Ford’s legal team over the weekend, as she prepares to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee about Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh allegedly sexually assaulting her in high school. Bromwich, a former Justice Department inspector general, joined two other attorneys on Ford's team — Debra Katz and Lisa Banks, who both work at Marshall & Banks. Bromwich added firepower, but also potential cost to the Kavanaugh accuser’s legal representation.

Former Justice Department inspector general and federal prosecutor Michael Bromwich and his consulting firm have joined the legal team supporting Brett Kavanaugh accuser Christine Blasey Ford. Bromwich tweeted Saturday that he was “honored to be joining” Blasey’s attorneys Debra Katz and Lisa Blanks as she prepares testimony for the Senate Judiciary Committee about her allegation that Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her when they were both in high school. Bromwich, who helped investigate the Iran-Contra scandal for the federal Office of Independent Counsel, is also representing former FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe. McCabe, a frequent target of President Donald Trump, was fired...

As Guy wrote, fired Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe raked in more than $500,000 from leftist sympathizers this week after setting up a legal fund and blasting President Trump. As a reminder, McCabe was fired by Attorney General Jeff Sessions after the FBI Office of Professional Responsibility and the DOJ Inspector General recommended he be terminated for a lack of candor. But it turns out, McCabe's pay day wasn't a result of a grassroots effort to defend him against false attacks. The GoFundMe page was set up by a Washington, D.C. lobbying firm connected to President Barack Obama. From Law...
