Under the Trump plan, no federal income tax would be levied against individuals earning less than $25,000 and married couples earning less than $50,000. Catalonia is voting in regional elections that nationalist parties hope will set them on the road to independence from Spain. Two separatist parties have joined forces, and are aiming to secure a majority of seats in parliament - 68 out of 135. Trump is set to arrive in Oklahoma City at 5:30 p.m. CDT Friday. An hour later, he's scheduled to take the stage. Thousands of people have registered to attend the speech, which is open to the public with a ticket to the fair.
