The FBI issued an alert to Louisiana law enforcement agencies warning of violence against officers and planned riots in the aftermath of this week’s high-profile fatal shooting of a black man by Baton Rouge Police. Judicial Watch obtained a copy of the situational information report, which was distributed to police and sheriff departments in Bossier, Caddo Parish and east Baton Rouge as well as Louisiana State Police. <p>MINDEN - Continued concerns over jurisdiction have prompted the Webster sheriff's office to turn over to the Bossier Parish sheriff's office an investigation of alleged sexual misconduct among six DeSoto high school students.</p> <p>A North DeSoto High School girls basketball player last month alleged she was forced to perform oral sex on five boys basketball players as they returned from a game in Springhill. DeSoto sheriff's investigators conducted an initial investigation, which indicated the alleged sex acts started about 25 minutes after the basketball teams left a fast-food restaurant in Springhill, putting them in the Webster village of Dixie Inn west of Minden.</p>
