San Diego Sector Border Patrol agents rescued a Central American migrant woman who nearly fell to her death from the international border wall. She and her two children fell from the wall as she attempted to illegally enter the U.S. from Mexico and landed on a piece of rebar that pierced her buttocks. San Diego Sector agents patrolling east of the San Ysidro Port of Entry on November 23 responded to a call about a woman attempting to climb over the international boundary with two young children. The woman fell with her children and landed on a piece of steel...

The same tear gas agent that the Trump administration is taking heat for deploying against a border mob this weekend is actually used fairly frequently — including more than once a month during some years under President Obama, according to Homeland Security data. U.S. Customs and Border Protection has used 2-chlorobenzylidene malononitrile, or CS, since 2010, and deployed it 26 times in 2012 and 27 times in 2013. The use dropped after that, but was still deployed three times in 2016, Mr. Obama’s final full year in office. Use of CS rose again in 2017, which was split between Mr....

This minor history lesson (content warning) is only necessary because much of the mainstream media, led by scores of reactionary 'blue checkmarks' on social media, isn't interested in covering stories with any depth or balance. Â They're interested in fomenting anti-Trump emotionalism through dumbed-down narratives, so these images -- which definitely seem intentionally choreographed -- are positively irresistible. Â If the goal of those bum-rushing the border, or urging others to do so, was to generate a wave of "this is not who we are!" virtue signaling, then mission accomplished. Â Among the chief signalers are former members of the Obama administration, who...

Late Sunday evening, hundreds of illegal aliens attempted to rush the United States-Mexico border, something they talked about a few days ago. What the caravan riders didn't expect, however, was the Border Patrol utilizing tear gas to keep them from successfully crossing into the United States. Roughly 500 caravan riders rushed past a barricade created by Mexican officials. They then went to rush the border, at which point the Border Patrol deployed tear gas to protect agents. Today, several migrants threw projectiles at the agents in San Diego. Border Patrol agents deployed tear gas to dispel the group because of the...

The Border Patrol reported the first major instance of migrant caravan-related violence Saturday, saying a Honduran man threw rocks at agents to try to keep from being arrested Friday in Arizona. The 31-year-old, whom authorities didn’t name, had climbed a tree to try to avoid capture, then lit the tree afire and began to throw rocks at the agents as well as a helicopter called in to help track him. Neither the agents nor the helicopter were hit by the projectiles. The man was eventually arrested, and agents said he told them he was part of the migrant caravan that...

Full Title: Trump plan would force asylum seekers to wait in Mexico as cases are processed, a major break with current policy. Central Americans who arrive at U.S. border crossings seeking asylum in the United States will have to wait in Mexico while their claims are processed under sweeping new measures the Trump administration is preparing to implement, according to internal planning documents and three Department of Homeland Security officials familiar with the initiative.

The White House has signed a memo granting the troops stationed at the border authority to engage in some law enforcement and to use lethal force if they are in danger, according to a report in Military Times. White House Chief of Staff John Kelly signed the memo, which allows troops to assist the Border Patrol in crowd control and even detaining illegal immigrants, the paper reported. The memo appears to make good on President Trump’s insistence that the military play a more active role in preventing the migrant caravans from overrunning the U.S. border, as they did a month...

The White House is likely to grant U.S. troops on the border with Mexico additional authority to protect customs and border personnel if needed, a U.S. official said on Monday. Currently troops do not have the authority to protect border officials. There are about 5,900 active-duty troops on the border. Reinforcements were sent by U.S. President Trump with the goal of helping bolster the border ahead of the expected arrival Central American migrants. IDHS did not...

The Maricopa County vote recorder employing controversial vote-counting practices was the defense attorney for an accused Mexican cartel gun straw purchaser. Maricopa County recorder Adrian Fontes defended Manuel Celis-Acosta in 2011 after an arrest for involvement in the Fast and Furious government gun-running scandal. “Before he was elected in 2016 as Maricopa County recorder, Adrian Fontes was an attorney representing clients in narco-terrorism and firearms scandals,” Fox News reported. Celis-Acosta reportedly transferred thousands of guns to the Sinaloa Cartel. This included the firearm used to kill Border Patrol agent Brian Terry. https://www.breitbart.com/midterm-election/2018/11/10/pro-bernie-sanders-arizona-vote-recorder-attorney-fast-furious-gun-buyer/

MEXICO CITY (AP) — Thousands of Central American migrants decided to depart Mexico City early Friday and head toward the northern city of Tijuana, opting for the longer but likely safer route to the U.S. border, caravan organizers said. The decision was made late Thursday in a Mexico City stadium where roughly 5,000 migrants have spent the past few days resting... It came shortly after caravan representatives met with officials from the local United Nations office and demanded buses to take them to the border. Caravan coordinator Milton Benitez told the migrants that they were still waiting for a response....

The U.S. Border Patrol cancelled a scheduled "crowd control" exercise Tuesday at a port of entry in a Hispanic neighborhood of El Paso, Texas, amid concerns over the drill's timing on Election Day. The exercise was scheduled as part of a "mobile field force demonstration" ahead of the potential arrival of Central American migrant "caravans." But the timing and relative proximity to polling stations drew the ire of civil rights activists and Democrats, who accused the Border Patrol of voter intimidation. A Border Patrol representative told The Hill that the exercise had been postponed "out of an abundance of caution...

[Creepy Immigration Lawyer Alert] EL PASO, Texas - Migrants arriving at the U.S. border to seek asylum are routinely subjected to tactics that immigration rights advocates say are designed to drive them away in violation of their rights under federal law. The tactics include forcing them to wait at the border indefinitely or sending them back into Mexico to join a backlogged list maintained by Mexican immigration officials. The Trump administration says such measures are necessary because it is not equipped to deal with a large increase in the number of asylum seekers, many of them from Central America. Last...

Build It: The head of the National Border Patrol Council approves of POTUS Donald Trump’s efforts to boost border security ahead of the expected arrival of thousands of mostly Central American migrants at the southwestern U.S. border in the coming weeks, but he doesn’t think deploying the military is the answer. Rather, council president Brandon Judd said, what needs to happen is that Congress must pass new laws and provide funding for the president’s promised border wall. “It’s going to help, but not for the reason that people think,” said Judd regarding the president’s instructions to the Pentagon to send...

President Trump said in an early morning tweet on Thursday that he is "bringing out the military" to secure the border with Mexico, calling it a "National Emergency." "Brandon Judd of the National Border Patrol Council is right when he says on @foxandfriends that the Democrat inspired laws make it tough for us to stop people at the Border," Trump tweeted. "MUST BE CHANDED, but I am bringing out the military for this National Emergency. They will be stopped!" Trump tweeted last week that he would use the military to stop a caravan of migrants from Central America, which has...

Donald Trump has ordered the military to be on alert over a US-bound migrant caravan as he declared a national emergency. Referring to the caravan from Honduras, the president tweeted: "Sadly, it looks like Mexico's Police and Military are unable to stop the Caravan heading to the Southern Border of the United States. "I have alerted Border patrol and Military that this is a National Emergency." He added that the US would begin "cutting off, or substantially reducing aid" to three Central American countries.

...On Monday, the president did not elaborate on the “unknown Middle Easterners” that he suggested are traveling among the migrant families seeking asylum in the United States. But the phenomenon is not a new one, though it has not proven to be a significant problem over the years. After the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, when lawmakers pursued measures to close immigration loopholes, the notion of Middle Eastern smuggling rings penetrating American borders became part of a list of fears about the country’s vulnerabilities. But there have not been any instances of attempted terrorism plots

Thousands of illegal aliens are swarming the Texas border this month in advance of the migrant caravan marching through Mexico, prompting Chief Patrol Agent Manuel Padilla, Jr., the Customs and Border Patrol Sector Chief of the Rio Grande Valley, to beg for help dealing with the onslaught of illegal aliens, gang members and drug cartel smugglers. Just on Saturday over 700 illegal aliens were caught, with over 12,000 caught in the past three weeks. In addition, safe houses have been busted and drug smugglers intercepted by the overstretched CBP in the Rio Grande Valley. 16,000 “family units” were reported caught...
