DOUGLAS, AZ - A Border Patrol agent fatally shot a man just outside Douglas Monday morning. The suspected illegal immigrant died in a helicopter while in route to a Tucson hospital. It happened when-- according to a Border Patrol release-- agents lost track of three suspected immigrants in an area known as Bay Acres.
