FARGO (AP) - Pope Benedict XVI has given new titles to seven priests from the Roman Catholic Diocese of Fargo. The seven priests will have the official titles of "Reverend Monsignor." Three priests received the honorary title of Prelate of Honor of His Holiness. They are the Rev. Joseph Huebsch, 88, chaplain at St. Gerard's Nursing Home, Hankinson; the Rev.
