Government watchdog Judicial Watch recently scored a legal victory over members of Antifa, a leftist anarchist group. Antifa organizer and middle school teacher (!) Yvette Felarca, in addition to two of her comrades, has been ordered by a federal judge to pay a total of $26,000 in legal fees. The order came after Felarca filed a lawsuit against Judicial Watch and lost. Republicans managed to turn back a quick-strike effort by Senate Democrats to revoke President Trump’s new extreme vetting executive order Monday night. Sen. Dianne Feinstein tried to force an immediate vote on her bill but was stymied by GOP objections, leaving Mr. Trump free to continue to deny admissions from seven majority-Muslim countries with histories of terrorism. Afghan soldiers have captured a Taliban leader who tried to flee a security operation in the south dressed in a burqa, NATO said on Wednesday. Tuesday's capture in Kandahar province came as NATO launched a major offensive in neighbouring Helmand to secure a key hydroelectric dam and combat the opium trade.
