Another day, another gathering of commies.

Uh-oh: looks like I’ve had something of a mind-meld with Rachel Maddow . . . During Bill Clinton’s DNC speech tonight, I tweeted “the spectacle of Bill Clinton telling the romantic story of how he met, wooed and married Hillary is deeply creepy.” When the speech ended, Rachel Maddow, on MSNBC, called the top of the speech “shocking and weird,” describing the beginning of the speech as “controversial.” Maddow was miffed that Clinton spoke of “a girl,” “the girl” and built “her whole political story for the whole first half of the speech around her marriage to him.” View the...

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. — Former president Bill Clinton delivered a long, rambling speech at the Democratic convention Tuesday night, apparently failing to consistently fire up the crowd despite his reputation as a great orator.

“Hillary Clinton took me through Hell.” Those were the words of a woman who was raped and beaten into a coma when she was twelve years old. Instead of helping that twelve year old girl, Hillary Clinton aided her rapist. She falsely accused the abused child who would never be able to have a family of her own after the assault of “a tendency to seek out older men”. Then Hillary Clinton was recorded on tape laughing at how her client had failed a lie detector test while relishing describing how she had gotten him off.

Here’s a fact to chew on: Much of Day Two at the convention was spent trying to humanize Hillary Clinton. After 25 years in public life, she feels the need to tell us she cares. A parade of speakers warmed up the crowd by telling stories about her compassion, some of it very long ago. Getting money for New Yorkers after 9/11, helping children get health insurance, securing health care for veterans. This being a coronation, the circumstances grew in grandeur with each telling, until they made her sound like Mother Teresa. She’s so profoundly kind and tireless and honest...
