There is no question that American Ambassador to Libya Chris Stevens was murdered in Benghazi. The question I have been dealing with in two previous posts is whether or not Stevens was placed in Benghazi so he would be killed much like Israel’s King David ordered his general to have Uriah the Hittite assigned to a place in a battle where his death was virtually certain.

In a recent Democrat debate, Hillary Clinton lied about the death of Sean Smith and about a video being the cause. She claimed it was the “fog of war” that made many different scenarios possible. I watched as the bodies of Ambassador Christopher Stevens, Foreign Service Information Management Officer Sean Smith and CIA contractors Ty Woods and Glen Doherty were brought back to the United States, their flag draped coffins set in places of honor. Front and center were our President and Muslim in Chief, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton acting the part of Secretary of State and others who also...

The State Department released a phone transcipt this week that proves Hillary Clinton knew the Benghazi massacre was a planned attack and not a protest. Judicial Watch obtained the documents this week. BizPac Review reported: The conservative political watchdog group Judicial Watch obtained a transcript of telephone call between the then-secretary of state and then-Egyptian Prime Minister Hisham Kandil. “We know the attack in Libya had nothing to do with the film,” Clinton told Kandil. “It was a planned attack – not a protest.” Kandil agreed. “You’re not kidding. Based on the information we saw today we believe that group...

After I published the previous post suggesting the Benghazi massacre demonstrated Hillary Clinton’s incompetence I received an email asking about the possibility that Clinton or someone intended for Ambassador Chris Stevens or another American to be murdered. I’m still inclined to believe the best explanation is incompetence, but I recognize the incident could have involved premeditated murder.

Document Release Raises New Questions about State’s FOIA Responses, Court Statements(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today it has obtained new documents from the Department of State containing the telephone transcripts from the evening of September 11, 2012, in which then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton informs then-Egyptian Prime Minister Hisham Kandil that the deadly terrorist attack on the U.S. compound in Benghazi “had nothing to do with the film.” The documents include previously unreleased telephone transcripts with world leaders about the Benghazi attack. Clinton’s admission to Kandil was first produced to the Select Committee on Benghazi on October 13, 2015...

Judicial Watch Reveals More Benghazi, Clinton Foundation Corruption Cover-up on American POWs in Cuba?Clinton Email Scandal PanelJudicial Watch Reveals More Benghazi, Clinton Foundation Corruption This has been an important week in our continuing investigation of Hillary Clinton’s time as secretary of state. We are uncovering critical links between her official duties and the private interests of her family’s foundation. The 276 pages of internal State Department documents we released this week reveal that within two days of the deadly terrorist attack on Benghazi, Mohamed Yusuf al-Magariaf, the president of Libya’s National Congress, asked to participate in a Clinton Global...

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch today released 276 pages of internal State Department documents revealing that within two days of the deadly terrorist attack on Benghazi, Mohamed Yusuf al-Magariaf, the president of Libya’s National Congress, asked to participate in a Clinton Global Initiative function and “meet President Clinton.” The meeting between the Libyan president and Bill Clinton had not previously been disclosed. The documents also show Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s staff coordinated with the Clinton Foundation’s staff to have her thank Clinton Global Initiative project sponsors for their “commitments” during a Foundation speech on September 25, 2009. The Judicial...

Appearances by top presidential advisers Susan Rice and Ben Rhodes before the House Benghazi committee earlier this year weren’t always a sure thing – the testimony was only secured after a secret meeting in January between panel head Trey Gowdy and White House officials, a source tells Fox News. The source familiar with the negotiations said the White House originally said no to the request to have National Security Adviser Rice and deputy Rhodes speak to the committee probing the 2012 Benghazi attacks. But Gowdy, R-S.C., stepped in to personally negotiate for their appearances at the secret meeting, held late

A State Department staffer who oversaw security and technology issues for Hillary Clinton is refusing to answer Senate investigators’ questions about the former secretary of state’s use of a private email server — marking the second time an ex-State employee has declined to talk to lawmakers. John Bentel, a now-retired State employee who managed IT security issues for the top echelon at the department, declined to be interviewed by GOP staff on the Senate Judiciary and Homeland Security committees, according to a letter obtained by POLITICO. The chairmen of both committees, Sens. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), are...

Patricia Smith, whose son Sean was killed in the 2012 terrorist attack on the US consulate in Benghazi, Libya, responded to Democratic presidential candidate former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s statement about her being “absolutely wrong” by saying there’s “a special place in hell” for people like Clinton “and I hope she enjoys it there” on Thursday’s broadcast of the Fox Business Network’s “Intelligence Report with Trish Regan.” Smith said, “She lied to me. She told me it was a fault of the video. … And she knew full well it wasn’t at that time. And then she says, she...

Have you no shame, Hillary Clinton? In a stunning display of callous indifference to the casualties of her incompetent foreign policy as Secretary of State, the woman who claimed to have dodged sniper fire in Bosnia, in Wednesday’s CNN debate in effect called Patricia Smith, mother of Benghazi casualty Sean Smith, a liar. As Breitbart News reported the exchange: RAMOS: Secretary Clinton, on the night of the attacks in Benghazi, you sent an e-mail to your daughter Chelsea saying that al qaeda was responsible for the killing of the Americans, however some of the families claim you lied to...

The mother of a Benghazi victim lashed out at Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton Thursday, saying Thursday on the Fox Business Network that “there’s a special place in hell” for her. The blistering comments came one day after Clinton said at a Democratic debate that Patricia Smith was “absolutely wrong” about the accusation she lied to her face. “We were nose-to-nose at the coffin ceremony. She lied to me,” Smith said, doubling down on her claim. “She told me it was the fault of the video. I said ‘are you sure?’ She says ‘yes, that’s what it was… it was the...

Hillary Clinton, in Wednesday night’s CNN debate, accused the Benghazi families of being dishonest when telling the media she told them a YouTube video sparked the attack that killed four Americans. Univision’s Jorge Ramos played a video of Sean Spicer’s mother, Pat Smith, recounting how Susan Rice, Leon Panetta, and Hillary Clinton told her “it was a video when they knew it was not a video” — and Ramos noted Hillary e-mailed Chelsea Clinton the night of the attack, telling her an Al Qaeda affiliate was responsible. “Did you lie to” these families, he asked. “She’s wrong, she’s absolutely wrong,”...

Univision anchor and Wednesday night’s Democratic presidential debate co-moderator Jorge Ramos took a break from his far-left questions on illegal immigration to serve up a slew of hardball questions to Hillary Clinton on both her e-mail scandal in addition to Benghazi and the belief among many that she lied about what transpired to the victims families. Not surprisingly, Ramos’s tough questions drew overwhelming boos from the liberal crowd, but Ramos pressed on and Clinton astonishingly reiterated her belief that a now-infamous YouTube video played a role in the Islamic terror attack that left four Americans dead on September 11, 2012.

Hillary Clinton said during Wednesday's debate that she had not lied to families of the victims of the 2012 Benghazi attacks, saying she sympathizes with those families while unequivocally denouncing criticism from one victim's mother as "absolutely wrong."

Seventeen months before he was killed in the Sept. 11, 2012 attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, Ambassador Chris Stevens was seriously considering leaving the country as its civil war widened. The ambassador´s concerns are reflected in emails sent to then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton´s inner circle. The emails were released by the State Department Monday as part of the 14th and final batch of messages from Clinton´s private server. One email in particular, dated April 10, 2011, relays Stevens´ safety concerns to the State Department. It was sent by a State Department official named Timmy Davis to

One of the few interesting items in the New York Times' whitewash of Hillary and Obama's illegal Libyan war is the confirmation of weapons shipments. ... The story blames the problem on Qatar aiding Jihadists and Obama's unwillingness to defy the terror oil state. But the claim that we had to arm terrorists to fight Qatar's arming of terrorists doesn't hold up too well. Furthermore we already know that US forces were told to turn a blind eye to Qatar's weapons shipments. We could have blocked them instead. ... Qatar was backing the Muslim Brotherhood. Just like Hillary and Obama.

It only took 3-1/2 years but the State Department has turned over new, previously undisclosed documents to the House Benghazi Committee. No word as to what’s contained in them. According to a committee spokesman, the documents come from the office of the former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. In a court filing, the State Department reportedly said it only recently discovered the documents. Benghazi “document-sifting” sounds familiar to career public servant. The Clintons have been involved in numerous missing document scandals over the decades. A former State Department official under Hillary Clinton says he witnessed a “document sorting” session being...

The long hours and grueling pace of the presidential campaign may be finally catching up with a rapidly aging Bill Clinton. During an appearance in Bluffton, South Carolina on Friday, a former Marine interrupted Clinton’s speech and asked him to address what Hillary was going to do about the VA. “What do you think should be done with the VA?” Clinton said in a raspy voice, turning the question back on him and yielding the floor. “The thing is, we had four lives in Benghazi killed and your wife tried to cover it up,” the Marine responded, eliciting boos and...
