The former Bronx student who got his teacher pregnant in 2012 has confessed to police that he killed the woman and their 4-year-old boy, police sources told The Post.

Prosecutors say they will seek the death penalty against the couple accused in the slaying of their 10-year-old adopted daughter. Prosecutor Gail Levine made the announcement Monday morning as Jorge and Carmen Barahona appeared in a Miami-Dade County courtroom. The Barahonas, who face first-degree murder charges and a slew of child abuse and neglect charges, both pleaded not guilty. Jorge Barahona cried in court on Monday and wore a vest used for inmates on suicide watch.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- A jury found Allan Barahona, 20, guilty of running down and killing an Orange County sheriff's deputy. Barahona told a jury that his car was defective, causing him to strike Deputy Michael Callin last year as the officer tried to pull him over. Callin had parked his motorcycle on the Kirkman Road onramp to Interstate 4 and was working speeding detail when he was hit and killed. Monday, Barahona was found guilty of manslaughter, vehicular homicide, leaving the scene of an accident, resisting arrest with violence and driving with a suspended license.
