Republican Sen. Ben Sasse ripped into Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton for the lawsuit he filed with the Supreme Court hoping to overturn President Donald Trump's election loss. 'I'm no lawyer, but I suspect the Supreme Court swats this away,' Sasse said in a statement, given to The Washington Examiner. If there were wiretaps of then-candidate Trump's organization or campaign, then it was either with FISA court authorization or without such authorization.
