MECHANICSBURG, Pa. - A Mechanicsburg man is charged with simple assault and harassment after police say he strangled a woman. Upper Allen Police arrested Fathi Abdulwahab, 27, of Mechanicsburg, after responding to a report of an assault Saturday in the 600 block of Cumberland Pointe Circle just before 6:30 a.m. Responding officers found the victim with several injuries indicating she had been assaulted. The woman told police she was struck multiple times and strangled by Abdulwahab.

Sacramento police released a description Monday of a man who they believe was responsible in the death of another man during a music festival at Discovery Park. Witnesses told KCRA that the 31-year-old victim was "sucker punched" Sunday afternoon, and when he hit the ground, he immediately turned gray and blue.
