A federal judge in Argentina on Friday indicted former President Cristina Kirchner and more than a dozen others in a case involving allegations that late in her term Argentina’s central bank illegally traded derivatives, costing the country billions of dollars. In a 147-page ruling, Federal Judge Claudio Bonadio charged Mrs. Kirchner with the crime of “unfaithful administration,” essentially saying she defrauded the public.
