A federal judge is ordering Texas to immediately drop its voter ID law after she found it unconstitutional. In a court filing Saturday, U.S. District Judge Nelva Gonzalez Ramos of Corpus Christi issued a permanent and final injunction against the law, one of the toughest of its kind in the country.
