The poll of 600 likely Republican voters in St. Clair County Michigan’s State Representative District 81 countywide found Alloway leading Pavlov by 12 points, 48 percent to 40 percent in a three-way race with Yale Republican Steve Pray Nader included in the ballot test.

<p>PORT HURON,MI (JJA)20:15EST January 9,2004 - Governor Jennifer Granholm snubbed Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge during his visit to St. Clair County Michigan when he failed to meet “her” schedule today.</p>
<p>His office did not release Ridge’s arrival time and how long he would be in the county. The Secretary lowered the nation’s alert level today to ELEVATED, and ordered all airports to remain on levels of HIGH alert accounting for no information from his office.</p>
