Sir Mark Thatcher has been refused a visa to enter the United States in the wake of his conviction in connection with an African coup plot. The son of the former Prime Minister Baroness Thatcher had hoped to be reunited with his family in Texas. But he said on Sunday: "I shall make the family home in Europe, not the UK, and my family will be joining me as soon as arrangements are made." Sir Mark, 51, was given a four-year suspended sentence in January. He was also fined by a South African court for offences related to the bungled...

(CBS) The 19-year-old daughter of Alan Keyes has a Valentine for the anti-gay rights conservative pundit and frequent Republican candidate. Maya Marcel-Keyes will be making her first public appearance as a gay activist at a Valentine Day's rally in front of the Maryland State House, says Dan Furmansky, the leader of Equality Maryland, a gay rights group. Last summer her father, a conservative pundit and frequent Republican candidate, caused a stir during the Republican convention by labeling Vice President Dick Cheney's lesbian daughter a sinner and calling homosexuality "selfish hedonism." "It was kind of strange that he said it like a...

It’s time we stopped beating about the Bush Bush’s regime is a cabal of liars and fanatics President Ronald Reagan’s son, Ron Reagan, denounces the US administration as a cabal of liars and calls on American voters to restore decency to their government 19 September 2004 IT MAY have been the guy in the hood teetering on the stool, electrodes clamped to his genitals. Or smirking Lynndie England and her leash. Maybe it was the smarmy memos tapped out by soft-fingered lawyers itching to justify such barbarism. The grudging, lunatic retreat of the neocons from their long-standing assertion that Saddam...

BOSTON - Much to the dismay of the Bush campaign, Nancy Reagan has just said no to appearing at the Republican National Convention next month. GOP strategists had hoped the former First Lady and Hollywood actress would make a cameo appearance onstage after a video tribute to her late husband, particularly after her Bush-bashing son, Ron, agreed to speak at the Democratic convention last night. In an impassioned defense of stem-cell research, Ron Reagan toned down his rhetoric but still delivered one unmistakable shot that all but invited Americans to vote against President Bush. "In a few months, we will...

"We now know that he (Al Gore) would have won Florida," proclaimed Ronald Prescott Reagan, son of the late President Ronald Wilson Reagan. Ron made this incredible declaration during MSNBC"s Chris Matthews' show, as they reported about former Vice President Al Gore's speech at the Democratic National Convention. When asked by Matthews how does he know this, Ron remarked that there was a "consortium" of newspapers who counted the votes in Florida and determined that Gore would have won. Matthews incredibly confirmed this by saying Gore would have won the election if he requested a statewide vote recount in Florida....

I was flipping through the coverage of the jack@ss convention and came across Ronnie Reagan telling Chris Mathews that President Bush and the SCOTUS stole the election from Al Gore. The former ballerina, claimed that every single vote recount in Florida by the media resulted in Gore winning the popular vote in Florida and therfore the National Electorial College majority in 2000.

RON REAGAN TO ADDRESS DNC Making the rounds today is a story hot off the presses that Ron Reagan, Jr. is going to address the Democratic National Convention this month. You see, Ron is a big-time leftist, and a liberal Democrat. This should come as no surprise to anyone, except of course, the media. Apparently Ron is going to speak about stem cell research. You see, the Bush administration is opposed to federal funding of stem cell research, which some say could one day help Alzheimer's patients like Ron Reagan's father. But the left and the media have done a...
