Judge Emmett Sullivan, who is hearing the FOIA lawsuit brought by Judicial Watch, has put Hillary Clinton’s top aides Human Abedin and Cheryl Mills (and their boss Hillary) on the spot, in a ruling JW president Tom Fitton describes as a “blockbuster.â€Â Judicial Watch summarizes (the text of the order appears below): Judicial Watch announced today that U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan ordered the U.S. State Department to request that Hillary Clinton and her top aides confirm, under penalty of perjury, that they have produced all government records in their possession, return any other government records immediately, and...

A federal judge scolded State Department attorneys during a tense hearing last week, ordering officials to produce Hillary Clinton-related records that The Associated Press has been requesting for years. U.S. District Court Judge Richard Leon said he wants to “find out what’s been going on” at the State Department,” or rather, “what’s not been going on over there” that the AP’s records requests have been ignored for four years, Politico reported. The news publication is reportedly seeking records about former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s schedules and her former top staffers.

(Washington, DC ) – Judicial Watch announced today that newly revealed testimony from the Obama State Department under court order directly ties Hillary Clinton, for the first time, to the now-debunked Benghazi talking points used by United Nations Ambassador Susan Rice to claim that the attack was the result of a “spontaneous protest” gone awry. The Obama administration also sent false talking points about the attack to Congress. The State Department is refusing to divulge the contents of the email, citing a discretionary “deliberative process” privilege. Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information (FOIA) lawsuit in July 2014 seeking records...

Reacting to the disclosure that Hillary Clinton exclusively used a private email account during her tenure as secretary of state, a federal judge agreed Friday to reopen a conservative group's Freedom of Information Act lawsuit seeking details about the employment arrangements of top Clinton aide Huma Abedin. However, U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan declined — for now — to address claims from Judicial Watch that Clinton's use of the private account and server led State Department officials to commit a fraud on the court by certifying they had turned over all responsive records.

Exposed to highly sensitive information regarding Benghazi TEL AVIV – A full review of Hillary Clinton’s personal emails released last Friday by the State Department finds Clinton’s senior aide, Huma Abedin, was exposed to highly sensitive U.S. government information. It was Abedin who forwarded to Clinton’s personal email address details about the initial establishment of the U.S. special mission in Benghazi, updates about security threats to both the mission and Ambassador Chris Stevens, intelligence on the growing terrorist threat in Libya and insider information on the Sept. 11, 2012 attack in Benghazi. Abedin was privy to emails that contained the...

On Monday, the day after announcing her run for president of the United States, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton walked into a Chipotle in Ohio along with top advisor Huma Abedin. Both wore sunglasses. They ordered at the counter; nobody noticed. They sat at a table; nobody noticed. They sat at the table for 25 minutes, paid their bill, and walked out. Nobody noticed.

Hillary Rodham Clinton’s mixture of personal and work email once resulted in a reply to a crashed drone story with inquiries about home decorations. Files obtained by The Associated Press show that Mrs. Clinton accidentally sent adviser Huma Abedin questions about the attractiveness of shelving units in response to a drone crash in Pakistan. “I like the idea of these. How high are they? What would the bench be made of? And I’d prefer two shelves or attractive boxes/baskets/ conmtainers (sic) on one. What do you think?” Mrs. Clinton wrote, AP reported Tuesday. When Mrs. Abedin then asked if she...

BOMBSHELL: Muslim Brotherhood Operative Used Hillary’s Email Server Hillary Clinton’s email scandal is burning out of control like an unchecked forest fire and it doesn’t appear that relief is on the way anytime soon. According to Stephen Hayes, a senior writer at the Weekly Standard, two of Clinton’s top aides had access to and used her personal email account while they were all employed at the State Department. He specifically mentioned Clinton’s trusted aide for twenty years, Huma Abedin, a woman with known ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. As most of our readers know, one of the Muslim Brotherhood’s core...

Maybe more than at any point in her life, even during her 2008 bid for the White House, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s past and associations are coming under intense scrutiny in mainstream press outlets. From her potentially unsecure, private email account to the Clinton Foundation’s suspect fundraising methods, Clinton’s past is apparently anything but unimpeachable. One positive thing you can say for sure about the secretary is that she takes care of her friends. Apparently, former Rep. Anthony Weiner’s (D-NY) wife and longtime Clinton confidant Huma Abedin was especially well cared for. According to a New York Times...

U.S. Department of State (No. 1:13-cv-01363)). Judicial Watch’s...

Stephen F. Hayes reported on Fox News that Hillary Clinton's top two aides, Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills, used personal emails while working for the secretary of state at the State Department: "Two of Hillary Clinton's top aides used personal email while they were employed at the State Department, Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills. Hillary Clinton's chief of staff. The State Department has evidence of this. "And the question I think become: were they emailing with Hillary Clinton from their personal email addresses to her personal email address about State Department business, about Benghazi, including sensitive classified information? Those are questions...

I’ve raised in prior posts (here and here) the issue of physical security of the clintonemail.com e-mal server, which is why were it was located and how it was set up matters. Last night, Mitch LaKind — who has experience setting up secure military e-mail servers — wrote me about the detailed issues surrounding Clinton’s approach. I’ll let him speak for himself (emphasis mine, though): As a former contractor to the Air Force, I personally managed the Microsoft Exchange servers that were installed at Thule Air Base. My experience with Microsoft Exchange goes back to 1997, when the earliest versions...

Here’s the bottom line of HillaryWorld scandals: It’s about: <><> getting stinking rich from inside connections forged in a life of public service. <><> using your “charity” and high govt office as adjuncts of your political machine.<><> refusing to play by the rules even as you want to set the rules for everyone else. You don’t get to keep govt work a secret from the government. She installed the private e-mail server in her home....like the exiled Nigerian princes begging for bucks..... despite previous denials, the Clinton Foundation took in countless millions from foreign sources while she ran the State...

Scandal: The email plot thickens with news that Hillary Clinton's deputy chief of staff also used a private email account on the Clintons' server to conduct government business. Watchdog group Judicial Watch, which doesn't like being lied to or jerked around any more than the House Benghazi Select Committee does, has filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the Department of State seeking all communications, including emails, between Secretary of State Clinton and Huma Abedin with Nagla Mahmoud, wife of ousted Egyptian president Mohammed Morsi between Jan. 21, 2009, and Jan. 21, 2013. The lawsuit — which also seeks...

Meet Diane Reynolds. Diane is 43 years young, and she likes shopping at Chico’s and drinking wine spritzers. She drives a sensible SUV, visits her book club once a week, and enjoys the benefits of a secret email server hidden in her mother’s basement, and her mother just so happens to be Secretary of State. That is because “Diane Reynolds” is actually the pseudonym of Chelsea Clinton, who the New York Times recently learned had her own secret email on the ClintonEmail.com servers. (Note: We have chosen a photo that best approximates what we believe a woman named “Diane Reynolds”...

11 of Canada’s highest-profile jihad terrorists tied to Muslim Students Association FEBRUARY 6, 2015 10:20 PM BY ROBERT SPENCER 12 COMMENTS Surprised? Really? Discover The Networks reports that “the Muslim Students Association of the United States and Canada, or MSA (also known as MSA National), was established mainly by members of the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) in January 1963 at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Nyack College theologian Larry A. Poston writes that ‘many of the founding members of this agency [MSA] were members of, or had connections to,’ the Muslim Brotherhood or Jamaat-i-Islami….MSA speakers routinely spew anti-Semitic libels and justify...

When folks like Andrew McCarthy articulated why our findings about then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s close adviser Huma Abedin were important, his camp was smeared as being discriminatory. His argument had nothing to do with discrimination or Islamophobia. It had everything to do with Abedin’s familial ties compromising her judgment and allegiances to the U.S. Constitution. Here we have an example that demonstrates this reality further and it comes via Kenneth Timmerman, who has picked up on the fact that the new Secretary of State – John Kerry – has a son-in-law with family still living in Iran. This...
