The voter fraud allegations in Broward County, Fla. continued today, as this morning a sworn affidavit was released stating dozens of mentally-ill or mentally incapacitated voters have had their ballots effectively filled out by individuals claiming to assist them. Florida Republican operative Lauren Cooley first broke the story on Twitter earlier today. The affiant is a poll watcher, certified by the Broward County Supervisor of Elections, and states that these incidents have been ongoing at the North West Regional Library polling location in Coral Springs, Fla. since early voting began on Oct. 24.

"It’s looking like (Secretary of State) Bill Gardner’s prediction of a record turnout is going to hold up," said Deputy Secretary of State David Scanlan in a phone interview. On Friday, Gardner predicted a record 550,000 votes will be cast on Elections Day. An election eve poll finds sweeping support for immigration enforcement even among most Hispanics in the United States, potentially bolstering Donald Trump's presidential bid. The Pulse Opinion Research survey found that 51 percent of Hispanics believe that there has been "too little" done to enforce immigration laws. What's more, by a margin of 49 percent to 36 percent, Hispanics "support a policy causing illegal immigrants to return home by enforcing the law."

The Justice Department will send more than 500 election monitors to polling places in 28 states on Election Day. The election monitors will help enforce federal voting rights laws in 67 jurisdictions nationwide, the DOJ's Civil Rights Division said Monday. "The department is deeply committed to the fair and unbiased application of our voting rights laws and we will work tirelessly to ensure that every eligible person that wants to do so is able to cast a ballot," said Attorney General Loretta Lynch in a statement.

A Catholic university’s course on slavery has apparently been updated to include a new threat to African Americans: Donald Trump. The upper-level history course, “Slavery and Abolition Then and Now,” will be taught in the spring semester by Prof. John Donoghue, an expert in the Atlantic slave trade. The description of the course on the class registration website LOCUS says it “will introduce students to the long durée of global slavery as a means to convey slavery’s ubiquity across time and space.”

A first-time voter in Arkansas discovered a major error on her ballot when she went to vote in Lonoke County this week: Hillary Clinton's name was spelled Hilliary, placing the word "liar" in the Democratic presidential nominee's first name. The unnamed woman reported the mistake to election officials and said she believes election officials purposely misspelled her name.
