If JR is on disability and earning money off this site, then yes the IRS should look into it. And yes I think the FEC should monitor his lobbying activities. If he hasn't broken any laws he has nothing to worry about.

I kept it off this forum. I follow the rules here. I don't engage in flame wars, post personal attacks. My posts are clean. My animosity towards JR is old news. It goes back to Sawgrass. I have also posted many times defending FR. I guess those don't count.

The only part I would disagree with is

We lost the battle but it was fought against our own party leaders. This must change.

As for Arnold wanting the "state" to do environmental stuff, his actions show he truly means state government in conjunction with NGOs. This makes him socialist and every thing he does it therefore suspect.

I saw nothing on CP to indicate they even care about maintaining even the most modest level of civility.

I would stack their Terry thread against the ones here anyday for civility. And there were no bannings over there.
