William “Rowdy” Harrell, a tire carrier for Hendrick Motorsports’ No. 88 team, and his wife, Blakley, were killed in a highway crash Tuesday night in the Florida Keys. Hendrick Motorsports confirmed the news Wednesday afternoon. Harrell
