Well, there's this:

Deuteronomy 4:2

Do not add to or subtract from these commands I am giving you. Just obey the commands of the LORD your God that I am giving you.

This does not preclude Scripture written after Deuteronomy (or even personal revelation) but it would mean that all God's message is consistent (which is one of the reasons why Jesus was so careful to fulfill all prophecy written about Him...and why He teaches nothing that isn't consistent with the message of the OT).
