The Bible reveals that Satan's final game plan is for the entire world to worship him by taking a mark (greek: Charagma = imprinted mark in) on their being. Similar to the Bible’s account of Satan coming to Jesus Christ in Luke 4, Satan offers "the world" to people if they will bow down and worship him. We should not be surprised when we read stories about celebrities, world leaders, and elites being involved in Satanic rituals (e.g. spirit cooking, Epstein's Island, Hillary's seances, etc.) Satan promotes people if his demands for worship are met. In the end, he gets his worship from most of the world. People who desire to "gain the world" in exchange for their soul (Lady Gaga being one of many recent celebrities claiming she bowed to Satan in order to become a star.)
Since Satan is a spirit. He must use physical men to accomplish his specific physical goals. Judas Iscariot being an example of Satan actually entering into someone to do his bidding. In the last days Satan will find a man wholly devoted and capable of fulfilling his plan on earth. A man we will soon know as Antichrist. Note that the Greek Prefix, "Anti", many times means "against", or "in opposition to", but not always. It can also mean "in place of". With "Christ" meaning "anointed". So while Antichrist will be against Jesus Christ, he most likely will appear to be a savior of mankind "in place of" Jesus Christ and claiming to be anointed...

Yet, the oldest manuscript of Revelation 13 we have (P115) says the number is 616.

There’s a theory circling among Prophecy watchers that Judas Iscariot could be the AntiChrist because:
1. He was the first (only?) person Satan himself actually indwelt
2. Acts 1:25 says a really peculiar thing about where Judas went after he died. Not hell, not heaven - but his own place...
3. Then Revelation 17:8 talk about the beast that “was”.
4. Judas hung himself on a tree, like Christ hung on tree on the cross

Doesn’t mean it’s any less reliable either. Further, the term anti-Christ never appears in the book of revelation. 1 John tells us there are many anti-Christs and that anyone who denies Jesus is Christ is an anti-Christ. I’ve never heard a good biblical argument for why we should equate the beast of revelation with the term anti-Christ as used in 1st and 2nd John. Finally, when a beast is identified in apocalyptic prophecy (Daniel, Revelation) it represents an ungodly civilization or society.
Really? I seem to recall Satan making fire come down from the sky destroying Job’s livestock and making a great wind knock down a home killing Job’s children.
I think the 616 argument is a deception. To top Greek and Hebrew experts of our day (e.g. Dr Arnold Fructenbaum and others) have not endorsed this view. Besides, how is 616 the number of man? Was man made on the 1st day? 666 is a reference to trusting man, instead of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Or trusting Me, Myself, and I.
He could not touch Job physically, correct? Did he not use the Sabeans and Chaldeans to do his “dirty” work?
666/616 is the number of NERO using gematria, the process of taking the number value of letters and then adding up the numbers to arrive at a total. NERO in Greek gets you 666. NERO in Hebrew gets you 616.
Regardless of the number, it is a number. And: “let the one who has understanding calculate the number of the beast”.

And James White, every bit the scholar Fructenbaum is, but has written more scholarly books and is much more widely published, disagrees with this take. At this point 666 or 616 have just as good an argument for being the original text.

Actually, it started with Abraham.
Changes were made all the time. Different scribes did it different ways. The earliest manuscript of John has over 400 scribal changes just within that one document.

I’m not really suggesting I believe Judas will be AC, just that some believe that he will, based on a handful of verses.
Specifically the ones I mentioned above.
I think our time is about up on this rock anyways. The way this world is ramping up, they are ready for the AC anyways as it stands.
