Great post!
There’s a theory circling among Prophecy watchers that Judas Iscariot could be the AntiChrist because:
1. He was the first (only?) person Satan himself actually indwelt
2. Acts 1:25 says a really peculiar thing about where Judas went after he died. Not hell, not heaven - but his own place...
3. Then Revelation 17:8 talk about the beast that “was”.
4. Judas hung himself on a tree, like Christ hung on tree on the cross
Interesting article here for those who wish to dive further, some stretch conclusions are made, but it’s worth the read nonetheless:

Thanks RWC! Regarding Judas, I think ascribing him to the role of Antichrist is not good theology. Why? Judas hung himself and his bowels gushed out (Acts 1:18). As Hebrews 9:27 says, "it is appointed unto men once to die and then judgment".
While a do believe that Judas is a prefigure to the Antichrist to come, never have wicked been resurrected in the flesh from Hell. There are many prefigures to the Antichrist in the Bible (Cain, Nimrod, Solomon, Nebuchadnezzar, King of Tyre, etc.) which I am discussing in my articles. They all show a particular aspect of the Antichrist. There are also very good historical prefigures like Napoleon, Antiochus Epiphanes IV, etc.
