Today we bring you Old Demon Eyes himself, Kenneth Copeland, and be forewarned, he is really, really mad at unemployed, coronavirus quarantined Christians. Just when I think that Laodicean crooks like Kenneth Copeland, Paula White and all the others cannot possibly get any lower or more disgusting, they do. But Kenneth Copeland, as you will see in this video, is in a class all by himself when it comes to sleaze.

Making a fortune isn’t illegal, of course. But something sure is wrong here. It’s like a senator “earning” $760,000,000 in the course of his career. It fails the smell test, big time.

FWIW, I graduated from Regent University, the university founded by Pat Robertson. Yeah, *that* Pat Robertson. Pat has said and done some goofy things over the years, just like every high-profile person. But he’s done an awful lot of good as well. I wouldn’t be married to my wife, and have the kids I have, for example, if it weren’t for Pat Robertson and Regent University.
I haven’t kept up with Kenneth Copeland, though I used to read his materials decades ago. He, like Pat, has said and done some goofy things. I imagine, though, that he’s done a ton of good as well.
Kenneth Copeland has gotten very rich preaching his brand of the gospel.
Lots of money, lots of perks, lots of land.
Preaching appears to be very profitable.
Whether he’s preaching to save souls or fatten his bank account I will let each person decide.

I’m simply saying that this article is a complete lie. If Copeland has said and done goofy things, that’s one thing. But this article, and it’s author, are lying.
In this specific instance, the author of this article is far more malicious and contemptible than Kenneth Copeland.
I always sussed that his eyes were crazy and could be potentially violent. JMO.

Everything we have belongs to God, and we are to be good stewards of it.
IIRC there were multiple taxes, they amounted to over 25%, and they were on profit/gain, not wages. Freewill offerings were a separate thing...and not a fixed amount.
Charlatans like Copeland survive because they are con artists.
How I miss David Wilkerson. He never hawked a dime. Always at the bottom of his newsletters just simply said God would provide, and if God led you to give, then do as you can. Nothing more than that.
Like Jesus said: “Where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.”
There are plenty of churches that are biblical and loaded with humble folks. My church doesn’t have a pastor. We are led by a board of elders. They do much of the preaching. All are volunteers. Besides a youth leader and a secretary, there are no paid staff.
