Looks like the judge is making the right decision on leadership - none. That is certainly not in the purview of the courts. But it does sound like this lady may not be fit to lead the church, if what the board of elders is saying is true.

Yes, I'll bet they do! I'd like to be a fly on the wall in their legal department ;-). There's nothing a life insurance company hates more than a dispute over the proceeds.
