So since we are supposed to treat witchcraft as a legitimate religion under the law, giving them all the rights to due process, should we not take their threat seriously? Should they not be prosecuted for conspiracy to commit kidnapping (binding), unlawful detention with intent toward bodily harm, intentional infliction of emotional distress? If they want the judicial system to take them seriously ... shouldn't the judicial system ... take them seriously and consider this threat as real and imminent?
