Again, following the instructions of “his God” as commanded in scripture is between a man and his God, not between a man and his church.
“Who is he that judges another man’s servant? to his own master he stands or falls. Yes, he shall be held up: for God is able to make him stand” Rom 14:4.
If a person got divorced and remarried he is committing adultery on his first wife. Is he to divorce the second wife, and return to his first wife in order to receive forgiveness?

Based on this NO ONE is qualified for the Eucharist under roman catholic definitions.
