Mons.Pío Vito Pinto, Dean of the Roman Rota, the highest authority of the Catholic Church in cases of nullity, has delivered a lecture at the San Dámaso Ecclesiastical University in Madrid. In a strong tone and in a strong tone, he said that the four cardinals who have written to Pope Francis, asking him to clarify some doubts about his apostolic exhortation Amoris Laetitia, have incurred a serious scandal in making this letter publicly through the media Communication.

(Confidential Religion) Pio Vito, speaking to Confessional Religion, has made clear that these four cardinals, like some other people in the Church who question the reform of Pope Francis and his apostolic exhortation Amoris Laetitita, are questioning " Two synods of bishops on marriage and the family, not one synod but two! One ordinary and one extraordinary. The action of the Holy Spirit can not be doubted. "

Cardinals Walter Brandmüller, Raymond Burke, Carlo Caffarra and Joachim Meisne asked the Holy Father some doubts about the Amoris Laeitita. Pope Francis did not respond and the prelates made the letter public through the media.

"What Church do these cardinals defend? The Pope is faithful to the doctrine of Christ. What they have done is a very serious scandal that could even lead the Holy Father to remove the cardinalium captivity as it has already happened at some other time in the Church ", Pio Vito affirmed to this Confidential.

The dean of the Roman Rota qualifies: "Which does not mean that the Pope withdraws his condition of cardinals, but he could do it".

During the conference, Pius Vito made clear to those present that the Pope did not respond directly to these four cardinals, "but indirectly told them that they only see white or black, when there are shades of color in the Church."

Few Catholics ask for nullity

Confidential Religion also asked Mgr Pío Vito if it is not better to open the hand to remarried divorcees and grant them the nullity of marriage, so that they can marry for the Church and thus receive the Eucharist, before they receive the communion united in a way civil.

"The reform of the matrimonial process of Pope Francis wants to reach more people. The percentage of people who ask for marriage annulment is very small. The Pope has said that communion is not only for good Catholics. Francisco says: how to reach the most excluded people? Many people with the reform of the Pope may ask for nullity, but others do not, "explained the Dean of the Roman Rota.

In this sense, he insisted on the key to the Pontificate of Francis, as recorded in point 4 of the Bull written on the occasion of the Jubilee of Mercy: "The words full of meaning that John XXIII spoke at the opening of Council to indicate the way forward: 'In our time, the Bride of Christ prefers to use the medicine of mercy and not to wield the weapons of severity. The Catholic Church, by elevating the torch of Catholic truth through this Ecumenical Council, wishes to show herself to be a kindly mother of all, kind, patient, full of mercy and kindness to the children separated from her. "

Difference with Protestants

On the opinion of some voices that the Church might be embracing the Protestant Reformation, the Dean of the Rota explains that "Luther destroyed the Catholic faith of the apostles. The Catholic Church believes that in the Eucharist Jesus Christ is present, and Protestantism does not believe in the real presence of Christ in communion. This is the big difference".

In this regard and during the conference, he recalled that during the synod of bishops, some synod fathers asked the Holy Father for a new treatise on marriage theology and Francis discarded it since he said that the other parents had already made the theology very clear of marriage.

He recalled that the center of the message of Pope Francis is to reach all those people who have felt, or feel, discarded or injured by the Church. He also noted that many people today are indiscriminately speaking. "A nun told me that there are people divorced or living together who are communicating. And what must the Church do, say your yes and you do not? Pope Francis wants a Church very close to the people."

According to Jesus, the people ARE the church, and HE is their head. his commandments are written on their hearts, not on paper or stone. Its not a buolding which makes an assembly; people do.

Francisco says: how to reach the most excluded people?

“Reach” doesn’t mean what this ass of a Pipe thinks it means.

“The Four Cardinals Who Have Written to the Pope Could Lose Their Cardinalate”

The Pope who attempts to gloss over serial adultery could lose his Church, as well as his immortal soul.

Jesus and the disciples went to the people, they did not sit in a building and expect the people to come to them. That’s how the church was created - meeting the people in their own homes and villages. Buildings are not the churches - People are. That’s the problem with most religions. They wait for people to come to them in buildings rather than disciplining them where they are.

Asking for a public reaffirmation of Church teaching is "scandal"?

The "scandal" is in Francis' refusal to answer.

The Pope is using fascist tactics to silence justified criticism of his heresy. Like any dictator, he will accept no criticism and will seek to destroy those he sees as his enemy. This man is leading the Catholic Church to an inevitable schism. That the majority of the College of Cardinals is equally corrupt makes the split inevitable.

"Luther destroyed the Catholic faith of the apostles."

Still beating THAT old, tired drum after 500 years. Seems to me the Church has done just fine since then.

The action of the Holy Spirit can not be doubted.

Bergoglio thinks he is God.

May the real God have mercy on his soul.

The two synods did not accept the Kasper proposal, so it is wrong to state the four Cardinals are going against the synods. The Pope added an implied acceptance of it to AL in his footnote. The Pope is responsible.

Better the Cardinals protect the truth and their souls, than their title.
