Prayer Request for Cibco -- Surgery Scheduled for Tomorrow [Update #53]

If you could ask the prayer warriors to pray for my husband and fellow FReeper Cibco, tomorrow between 0830-1300 MST time that would be awesome. He’s having back surgery. You people on here are the best people I have ever known!

He’s going on 67 years old. He’s my husband and I am scared to death! But I accept what God has planned.

You have my prayers. Neurologists and orthopedic surgeons are some of the best and he is in very good hands. Have faith. On a more practical note, follow the doctor’s post-surgical orders to the letter. Whatever he/she says to do about PT, do it. No matter how much it hurts in the short-term. The doctor’s orders are so that maximum functionality is returned after surgery, without need of lifelong pain meds.

Good thing, but always scary. The older one gets the more risk, but he did well, now we just have to get him healed up.
