You have my prayers. Neurologists and orthopedic surgeons are some of the best and he is in very good hands. Have faith. On a more practical note, follow the doctor’s post-surgical orders to the letter. Whatever he/she says to do about PT, do it. No matter how much it hurts in the short-term. The doctor’s orders are so that maximum functionality is returned after surgery, without need of lifelong pain meds.
